"Finally!" Kalena exclaimed while her eyes scanned the new ’body’ that she occupied after persuading the owner of the said body who is a fool.
Angels didn’t have a body of their own because they are heavenly beings and it was more like a curse for thier immortality. They have to give up their divinity for them to get a body but Kalena felt that it was unfair.
Even some beastman in this world were able to have both immortality and a physical form but angels were not able to do that.
When Adrian fell in love with Vanadey, he gave up his immortality and chose to become a mortal to stay with her which Kalena hated to the core. He was a powerful archangel that was born to rule but instead chose otherwise for that ’unworthy bitch’.
Kalena thought that women who hindered a man’s path to success did not deserve them. Instead, a woman like herself, who is a powerful angel that could support him in accomplishing the world was more suitable to stand beside him.
"It’s his loss anyway!" She grumbled bitterly before turning towards the city.
Stepping outside the forest, she started to walk toward her destination ’The Black wolf tribe’
After walking for quite a distance, she finally reached the tribe and the guards were surprised to see Elena. They were ordered to not let her leave the room by the king but here she was leisurely returning from outside.
The guards wanted to question her but held back after receiving a harsh glare. They shuddered in their place and looked at their princess in both terror and shock. The aura emitted by Elena was so immense that they chose to remain silent and let her in instead of stopping her.
