Chapter 13: The First Night at the Villa
It looked like Lu Zhen had not arrived yet. Leng Pan dropped the food containers on the table and sat on the sofa to wait.
This was her first time here and she didn’t know where to start. So, she could only wait for the owner to guide her.
While she waited, Leng Pan took out her phone to browse the internet. An add suddenly popped up advertising a new herbal toothpaste.
Looking at the ad, she wondered if she had bought enough daily necessities supplies to last for a long time.
She had been buying so many things all at once that she couldn’t keep track of them.
Even though she had marked everything she bought on her list, she would forget some things.
Now looking at the advertisement, she decided to buy daily necessities. Even if she already had them, there was no harm in having more. She could use them later as currency to trade with others.
So, she logged in to a popular online store and started ordering things for express delivery.
She bought fifty boxes of toothpaste. She made sure to buy a variety, not just one brand or one type.
Each box had a hundred pieces of 160g of toothpaste. Thus, she knew that one box could last for a couple of years.
She also bought twenty boxes of liquid detergent, twenty boxes of bars of soap. Shower gel for both male and female. These were bought in different scents and textures, including scrubbing shower gels.
