B5 | Chapter 54
Alexia
I let out a yawn after slaughtering all of the Ascendants who were previously hunting me down.
Overall, after reaching Ascendant Tier myself and getting to Transcendent in both my species and class, my power is probably unmatched amongst regular people. And that’s not even arrogance. It’s just how it is.
Transcendents in species gain two entire extra stat points per level than Class S species, and so do Transcendents in class. Making it so that I gain four extra points in stat per level compared to the strongest of the System other than me.
Except for Lucas. But he’s an exception since he’s already a Transcendent in class.
The only things I need to worry about right now are the remaining Trials, the Quantum Beings, and the Corrupted One and his corrupted forces.
Regular mortals aren’t something I need to worry about anymore.
I also managed to find a good test subject for Quantum Collapse.
The skill turned out to be a lot more… overwhelming… than I expected.
I glance at the skill’s description.
{Quantum Collapse: Allows the user to force a target into a state of absolute death across all realities, probabilities, and existences. This skill cannot be blocked, healed from, or avoided. Attempts at resurrection in any manner are impossible. This skill cannot be used unless the target is considered to be considerably weakened.}
When the description said, ‘absolute death’, I didn’t expect it to mean literally erasing them from existence. Even from others’ memories.
It’s almost like I just wiped that guy from reality itself. Making everyone act like he doesn’t and never existed.
I even go around after the ‘battle’, which wasn’t much of a battle, and check with other people who knew about the guy. But none of them know anything.
And some of the things he did were replaced in their minds by something or someone else.
Almost like reality itself is changing to fit his absence.
It’s kind of scary. But it’s fine since I’m the one who did it.
What isn’t scary though is the sight of the System Messages I find from all the kills.
[Level 2503 Half-Elemental Defeated – User’s earned EXP has been increased by a significant portion due to killing a being whose level is above their own.]

[Level 2502 Human Defeated – User’s earned EXP has been increased by a significant portion due to killing a being whose level is above their own.]
{Congratulations! You have leveled up to level 2502! Your Species has awarded you +4 VIT, +4 DEX, +4 STR, +4 MAG, and +4 MEN. Your Class has awarded you +4 VIT, +4 DEX, +4 STR, +4 MAG, and +4 MEN.}

Anyway, after dealing with the pests, I teleport back to the first Dimensional Block, where I left the others. Then I teleport them all back to Dimensional Block #108 now that the danger has passed.
Although, considering how quickly I dealt with the problem, I don’t know if I even needed to teleport them away.
I also didn’t need to bother with slotting my other skills. Since they were even weaker than I thought they’d be.
After teleporting all of them to their little council chamber that I took them away from, I head to my home to rest for a bit. All while making plans to head back to the Quantum Realm in order to complete my trials in a few days. Once I’ve rested a bit.
But something… strange happens in the morning of the next day.
I hear loud cracks beginning to echo from everywhere. And I see reality itself showing various cracks. Glitchy cracks at that.
Cracks that remind me a little bit of the Corrupted One.

My eyes narrow a little.
What’s going on?
As if in response to my question, a notification appears from the System.
