Chapter 413: Spring gala[3]
On Phoenix Tv as the song was winding up, some of the back up dancers took off their masks and revealed their faces. It was the princess Rize, Bucky man, and a famous phoenix Tv news anchor Li yang.
Unknown to anybody, the emperor and the empress were in the audience, hidden among the many masses. They were here to support their daughter that was dancing on stage and hosting the spring gala for the first time.
The emperor was among those who clapped the loudest when the masks were dropped.
"Long Rize, you are the best. You are so cool, I love youuuu." he shouted at the worst possible moment when the volume was being lowered.
Some people turned around, looked at him and laughed. He was written off as another one of Long Rize’s many admirers.
The empress pulled him down. "You will get us caught." she hissed at him.
He sat back down but he continued clapping. He was here to support his hardworking daughter whom he was so proud of like any other parent. Was it so wrong of him to be excited.
"My daughter is such a good dancer, she has performed better than the singer." he said to the empress. He looked every bit like the proud parent he was.
The empress just sighed and rolled her eyes.
