Chapter 44: Did You Just Lie?
What was Amber’s real reason for doing this sneaky thing all of a sudden? Because she actually spied on Victoria coming to this area. That’s why she immediately did her act so that Matthias would feel sorry for her, and at the same time she wanted to slowly destroy the couple’s relationship.
From Victoria’s perspective right now, she really hated seeing a scene that made her blood pressure rise. If she glanced at it, it was as if Amber and Matthias were kissing each other. That’s what made her not want to see Matthias again today. Even though they had just made up last night, now their relationship was ruined again just because of a snake woman. She immediately turned around while holding her sling bag tremblingly.
Meanwhile, Matthias immediately let go of his friend’s hug and ran after his wife who was currently raging. No matter what his friend’s reaction would be, he didn’t want his wife to misunderstand again.
When Victoria was hiding behind the wall, her hand was directly touched by her husband which made her eyes widen. She wanted to release the grip of her husband’s hand that was too tight, but her energy was still weak.
"What are you doing?!" Victoria snapped.
"Then why did you run away from me?"
"Because I didn’t deserve to see it earlier. Why would I see you kissing another woman?"
Matthias’ eyes widened. "What? I kissed Amber?"
"Yes, I saw it with my own eyes. You looked like you were really enjoying the kiss. You are really a bastard."
"Then, should I kiss you now so that you will believe me?" When Matthias wanted to move his lips forward, Victoria immediately pushed his muscular body with all her might.
