Chapter 10: Demon Seed
Val Zahar didn’t let his guard down as he continued putting pressure on the middle aged demon, but it didn’t seem to have an effect in the end.
Even with him exerting this red aura, it seemed like the middle aged demon was immune to it.
Or at the very least, it seemed that the middle aged demon was strong enough to stop himself from being pressured by it.
In the end, the middle aged demon suddenly said, "Alright, stop that for now and let’s talk."
Val Zahar raised a brow after hearing this, but he did stop releasing the pressure in the end as he waited to see what the middle aged demon had to say.
The middle aged demon didn’t speak right away as he just looked at Val Zahar for a bit.
But then he suddenly said, "When did you obtain this power? This power is not something that you should have had since you were born, right?"
Val Zahar didn’t answer at first as he continued staring at the middle aged demon.
Eventually, he said, "I don’t know."
