Chapter 424: Daisy Willow’s Rise (1)
Near eleven o’clock, Cole Duncan received a call from the butler, saying that Daisy Willow and little miss, Elena, had fallen asleep here. He told the butler not to disturb them and to return at once.
Madam Duncan rolled her eyes when she heard this, she really couldn’t stand her son’s concern for Daisy Willow.
After hanging up the phone, Cole Duncan was relieved and decided to wash his face, and wipe his back before going to sleep. Since Daisy Willow wasn’t by his side, he didn’t want anyone else to help him bathe. He wasn’t used to being touched by others.
"Mom, it’s getting late, you should rest. I will have a good talk with Daisy tomorrow. Also, I really hope you can treat Daisy and Elena better, for the sake of your son. Elena is your biological granddaughter too." Cole Duncan played the family card. He hoped that when Daisy returned tomorrow, their lives would be different from before.
Madam Duncan said nothing in response. She thought her son was under some kind of charm tonight, so she decided to let him sleep it off. Whatever he wanted to discuss could wait until tomorrow. Besides, there was no way she would treat Daisy kindly.
Cole Duncan didn’t call out to his mother. It was late, and he needed to think carefully about what he was going to say to Daisy tomorrow. If she really wanted a divorce, persuading her was the most important thing.
That night, Cole Duncan didn’t sleep well because of all the thoughts running through his head.
The next day
