VALENCIA’S POV
"Come again," The witch in the golden dress asked me again, and I smiled sheepishly.
Well, I didn’t think much about how I would convince things to them and present my wish in a way that wouldn’t sound offensive either.
"Well, as you can see, I have never met or seen a witch in real life. So when I heard from the rogues that -"
I narrowed my brows.
Why was it getting so hot in here?
Without thinking twice, I took off my jacket since the people standing in front of me were females only.
They looked at me with quirked brows and I cleared my throat.
"As I was saying, I just wanted to see you guys. I mean, what does a real witch look like and how do they perform magic," I said, blinking my eyes innocently, hoping it would work on these witches too.
The witches looked at each other as if still trying to figure me out while I stood in front of them with a smile on my face.
"Huh, we don’t even know what to say to you. Never have we met a gutsy girl like you and don’t even know if we should call you brave or just plain stupid. Do you think mainland witches are so calm?" The witch in the blue gown who has been quiet since earlier said.
