Chapter 70: Core Formation Realm
The Core Formation realm is one of the most important turning points in a cultivator’s journey. It is the realm where you form a core inside your body, also called a dantian.
Even geniuses have to be very careful while forming their dantian; a single mistake can cost them serious injuries or their life.
This is also the step where most cultivators die.

She closed her eyes to observe the process happening in her body by using her consciousness. It was like spirit sense but different, as they can’t watch outside their body—that can only happen in the Soul Sea realm.
She saw that all the qi she had absorbed till now was concentrated in her dantian region and was revolving at immense speed.
Now she understood why it was really dangerous for cultivators to form a dantian.
If they lost even a little focus here, or made even a small mistake, this raging qi would tear them apart from the inside out.
