Chapter 19: Getting a Phone.
Lukas was driving his car with a cheeky smile on his face because he just got a huge reward, which was so unexpected that he wanted to dance on the street, but a cheeky smile was the most he could muster.
His destination was the AT&T Wireless store, so he was pretty happily driving, the car was also very good, and purchasing this car was an exceptional decision on his part.
Guess I have to thank the fat coach, he has helped me the most.
It didn't take long for Lukas to reach the store, the store was, as usual, classic, and Lukas parked his car in the open parking spot and went inside.
The store was full of mobiles, as smartphones were still not a thing, and even iPhones were nothing in front of a high-tech Nokia.
Lukas went to the counter, which was least busy, and smiled at the saleswoman, the saleswoman didn't smile back but made a face as if to ask, 'What do you want?'
Lukas nodded his head gently and then said softly, " A phone that has everything, the Nokia 9210."
" You mean the 9210 Communicator? That thing is expensive, and we don't have a demo to show you. The saleswoman raised an eyebrow and said,.
" That's okay, I am here to buy, so grab a black-colored one for me. Although I look like this, I can afford this device, ma'am." Lukas smilingly said, although he was not that nice a person, but for some reason his mood was very good today.
