Chapter 236: Arrest Him!
"I knew it! Enzo couldn’t be trusted! He still has ill motives toward my husband." Sasha reacted angrily when she heard Chief Clint’s words.
Dominique had mixed feelings about this. He wasn’t certain if Enzo was capable of doing that. Though he lost his memory, it looked like Enzo was aware of Dominique’s evil actions in the past. It could be his motivation to hire someone to kill him.
’Alice is monitoring him. I don’t think Enzo is responsible for this. But I don’t know what Enzo is thinking. He hasn’t forgiven me yet for what I’ve done to his sister and his family.’ Dominique was having doubts.
"Aside from the culprit’s statement, do you have proof that Enzo ordered him to do so?" Lanny wasn’t able to control herself from speaking up for Enzo.
"Yes. What if someone is just framing him?" Athena also butte in to defend her brother.
Dominique could understand why Athena was defending Enzo. He was her brother and she didn’t want him to go to jail because of this. He gazed at his friend, Chief Clint.
"Do you have proof?" He also asked him.
Clint nodded, confirming his claim. "Yes. The culprit gave us the evidence. Enzo was seen talking to him a few days ago in the Goddess Elixir Cafe. We also checked the CCTV footage of the Cafe. The culprit was with Enzo a few days before the accident happened."
"Someone informed us that Enzo Williams is here in the hospital. We are going to arrest him since the arrest warrant has been released today."
Athena clenched her fists tightly. She didn’t know why her brother suddenly got involved in Dominique’s accident.
"You are blaming the wrong person! This is set up!" Lanny complained. This didn’t look good. The situation became more complicated.
The culprit had been seen in the Goddess Elixir Cafe. What if Vladimir and Luna lied to them? What if he was the one who hired the culprit? But why was it that the culprit was insinuating that Enzo had given him the order?
