Chapter 195: Spiking the Drink
Athena returned to the dining area while Dominique used the back door to proceed to his room.
"There you are. Is everything okay?" Ashton approached Athena, guiding her as he pulled a chair for her.
"Yes. My manager fixed the issue for me. She just informed me about the changes in the contracts. But all in all, everything is fine," Athena replied, giving him a reassuring smile.
"Good to hear. If you need some help, I know some expert lawyers. I can recommend someone reliable enough to check the terms and conditions of your contracts before signing them." Sasha offered some help.
"Oh, thanks, Sasha. I appreciate that. Don’t worry. If I ever need an attorney, I will immediately contact you."
Sasha let out a soft giggle before placing the main dishes at the center of the table.
"Are you both hungry now?" she asked her guests.
"I’m fine," Athena promptly responded.
"Me too. I’m not yet hungry. We can wait for Dominique." Ashton smiled, focusing her attention on Athena.
He still couldn’t believe that the beautiful woman sitting next to him was already his girlfriend.
"By the way, have you heard the news? Melody’s engagement with Oliver Jones will push through." Sasha brought up a new topic while waiting for Dominique to finish his bath.
"Were you the one who convinced Oliver to continue the engagement?" She asked Athena.
