Chapter 194: A Homewrecker
The four of them entered the house. Dominique went upstairs to change his clothes first while Sasha guided her guests to the dining area. Athena and Ashton helped her out in serving the food on the table. Athena had observed that both Ashton and Sasha were in a good mood tonight.
*Phone Vibrating*
Athena’s thought was interrupted when she felt her phone vibrate inside her pocket. She picked it up only to see Dominique’s message.
Dominique’s Message: [ We need to talk now. You have to explain your relationship with Ashton. ]
Athena arched her eyebrow upon sensing the demand and urgency in Dominique’s message.
Athena’s Message: [ Can we talk later? We are still preparing the food. ]
Dominique’s Message: [ No. Don’t make me wait. See me in the garden now. ]
Athena just smiled inwardly. She felt glad to see that Dominique was getting jealous of Ashton.
"Guys, my manager wants to talk to me right now. It’s an urgent matter. It’s about my contracts. I’ll just go outside and talk to her." Athena lied, making an excuse to meet Dominique secretly. "I’ll be back soon."
"Oh, sure. Take your time, Athena. We will eat together when you return," Sasha said, still oblivious to Dominique’s lies. "My husband also mentioned he might take a while. He’s in the shower right now."
