Chapter 134: Fallen noble
Fallen noble
Luiswas a mess of rage and desperation. "What are you waiting for?!" he screamed, his voice cracking. "Kill her! Do something!" His hands clenched into fists, his face red with fury and humiliation.
The sight of Alexia, the servant he had once dismissed, dismantling his team with such ease was unbearable. He couldn’t let this happen, not to him, not to a Belfort.
Kyros decided to just ignore his master and steadied his breath and gripped his sword tighter. The ground beneath him seemed to pulse with mana as he activated every enhancement he had at his disposal.
He knew now that brute force wouldn’t be enough. The girl in front of him wasn’t the same Alexia he once traded taunts with behind Luis’s back. No, this was someone far more dangerous.
The man felt fear facing such an opponent.
Alexia, on the other hand, felt the familiar surge of power coursing through her veins. Her senses were heightened to an almost supernatural degree, she was sure she would destroy her opponents.
"She’s faster than a damn blink," murmured the mage behind him, his hands already trembling.
"Focus!" Kyros barked, trying to hold the formation together.
The mage nodded, his hands trembling as he began chanting under his breath, arcane symbols glowing faintly in the air around him. The warrior shifted into a defensive stance beside Kyros...
But it was already too late.
