Jake: "(Struggles to put on boot) Honestly, I never thought I'd wear something like this again. (Finishes shoving his foot into his boot and taps it on the floor.)"
Ava: "Well (zips something up), it's something that you're going to have to deal with as best you can."
Lela: "Whatever. Let's get this over with already, as I have far more important things to do than help either of you fight and most likely kill some group of racist hunters."
Ava: "I don't want either of you to kill anyone... hopefully at least. All I want from both of you is to help me get my amulet back and take back the ring Kraven took when he left the clan."
Jake and Ava rolled their eyes, as neither of them really cared all that much about whatever mystic problems Ava and her clan were dealing with.
Jake presses a button on his neck that was completely covered, and while it was the normal S.H.I.E.L.D. look for their helmets, Lela was quick to point out that Jake's helmet had a spider-looking symbol on it.
Jake: "(Voice slightly electronically distorted) Really? What, did they not have any white suits to go with the spider to further give me away?"
Ava: "Look (Presses button as her pointy, panther-looking helmet forms around her head without any distortion.) That was the only thing they had on hand, so complain to them or something; I don't care. "
Jake groans, which sounds like a dark robotic leader breathing through some breathing device.
Ava: "Aren't you going to activate your helmet as well?"
Lela just looks shocked at Ava, as she wonders just how hard she must have gotten beaten by Kraven, as Jake knew what she was like and what she liked to do.
So not wanting to talk or even pretend to humor Ava, Lela sets herself on fire, and immediately she becomes a lot sexier, as for some reason when she's just a skeleton made of pure flames, she feels more alive or whatever as she starts flaunting her nonexistent curves.
Lela: "I don't care who knows I'm part of this, as I love my body and don't care who sees it. (Turns back to normal) and when I'm like this... thing, no one will really know anything about me."
Ava: "It's probably best to keep being your fire self just in case someone might catch you and try to harm you or those you love."
Lela: "HA! Good luck with that, as I've got no one in my life to care about like that!"
Ava just ignores this and continues to explain to everyone her complex plan that seems like something straight out of a heist movie, and it immediately goes downhill the very second Jake landed on top of the building as a private army flooded the roof.
Jake: "Well then. I think it's safe to say the plan failed."
Ava and Lela agreed as Ava was coming face to face against Kraven, who was wearing not only his ill-gotten ring but also Ava's ancestral amulet, which he wears proudly around his neck, and even worse, he had coated it in gold, mocking Ava even more than before.
Lela, meanwhile, was in the sewers getting surrounded by many hunters with their laser spears as they pointed right at Lela, who, unlike Ava and probably Jake, doesn't give a single damn about the people around her or inside the building.
So, the smallest spark made from Lela turning into her fire woman self-caused every bit of methane gas that was inside the sewers and the fear in all the hunters' eyes in the brief moments before they meet their makers or whatever's waiting for them on the other side.
Lela flaunts the green flames that emit all around her "sexy" body as she dances to an imaginary stripper tune that's probably made by the screams and explosions of all the people she sends straight to hell.
Kraven: "(Looks startled as he and everyone stumble to stay standing) Well then, my dear, it seems like for all you're planning, you've failed to realize the faults of your people."
Ava: "That's only if I didn't expect something like this."
Ava extends her arms in a claw-like fashion as mechanical claws form around her fingertips and starts slashing at Kraven, which only succeeds at striking his chest once and even manages to shock him, as her claws have tiny electric pads at the tips to shock people.
Kraven: "Well then. I must say this is interesting (drags his fingers across his open wounded chest and picks up some blood as the wound quickly closes.) I don't remember the last time I've ever been made to bleed. (Licks his blood) It's interesting and exciting."
Ava: "You'd get a lot more of that if you gave up the artifacts you stole!"
Kraven: "HAHA! You're a funny one. But no, I will not give up the power that is rightfully mine. But I will give you a chance (takes off the amulet and puts it on his table that has many superhero markers.) Try and get my amulet if you can."
On the roof Jake grabs the final hunter and pins their throat right through one of the many broken future spears that he has destroyed, along with the literal thousands of bodies that litter the roof, along with all their broken tech.
Jake: "(Voice modified) I thought this would be a lot harder and take a lot longer. (Pulls out a spear next to him from a hunter missing a head.) What a letdown."
Ekaj: "Man, you're really becoming a killing machine now that you realize how little you truly care about a stranger's life."
Jake: "(Twirls the blood off the spear) I still care about others, but they tried to kill me first."
Ekaj: "Yeah, people wanting to kill a random intruder who's just broken into their base of operations or even home. Totally no double standards there, but if that's what lets you sleep at night, then who am I, your deepest and truest thought, to tell you how you really feel?"
Jake just ignores Ekaj and starts walking on the side of the building and crashes right through it and throws the spear right at the massive group that looked to be in pure fear as they realized everything they learned means nothing to a monster like Jake, who seems to live for battle.
A smaller group of five overweight hunters rush over at Jake and try to pierce him with their spears, and while he eats the spear attacks, he doesn't seem to be in any sense of pain and, in fact, is possibly smiling as he spins around and around and around into a hurricane, knocking everyone off him, and when he stops, Jake is holding all their spears.
Jake: "Thanks, I didn't feel like moving."
Everyone still standing tries to run away from Jake's attacks, but sadly for them, no one was going to leave this building alive the second Ava tasked Lela and Jake with helping her take down Kraven, and the easiest way for Jake to hurt everyone was to destroy the floor.
Bundling all the spears together, he turns them all on and slams them into the ground, causing the spears to explode along with the entire floor, and this shocks Kraven and Ava as Jake, along with all the other hunters and their spears, starts falling over them.
On repeat are the spears that are turned on, and when they hit the ground, it breaks, and everyone starts falling over and over again until everyone falls into the sewers below, with Lela just wondering what the heck was going on as the only door she could find was blocked.
Of course, she could melt whatever was in the way but the fact that whatever was behind it survived the explosion she didn't really want to find out what it might have been as it shook the entire building and possibly even cracked the street a bit.
The bodies of all the people that had fallen down into the sewers mix their blood into the sewer waters as Kraven gently floats down and laughs as he stands on top of the pile of his former students' bodies.
Krava: "Well, this is interesting, but however, as long as there are people willing to pay me, then it's all just the law of the jungle."
A spear suddenly falls right into his hands, and he twirls it with skillful mastery and points it at everyone; he turns the middle part, and the spearhead suddenly turns into smaller spearheads and starts shooting at everyone as fast as any modern machine gun.
Ava frantically searches for her family's necklace as she tries her best to avoid all the spearheads being shot at her and fails miserably to find anything, becoming even more depressed every second she fails to find her amulet.
Thankfully Jake managed to find it earlier as he pulls it from his own neck or wherever his symbiote was storing it from his neck and gently places it over Ava's neck and even clasps it shut, and she immediately feels happier as her suit breaks apart and turns pure white as the power of the jade tiger returns to her.
Kraven: "Well, your friends have helped you steal my amulet, but it means nothing if none of you can survive!"
Kraven ticks the same middle part from earlier as his spearhead becomes the biggest it and every other spear have possibly ever been, along with bright red, as tiny black segments start ticking down while Kraven laughs like a maniac.
Lela shoots a fire saw disk at the spear, and it snaps in half, making Kraven a bit annoyed, especially when she sees that Lela has melted all the other spears or at the very least broken them as much as she could while he was distracted by Ava and Jake.
Kraven: "Well, this complicates things a bit, as now I must fight all of you. (Cracks his neck) Now pray to whatever you believe for a quick and painless death, as I shall not attempt at such a thing."
Kraven suddenly disappears and charges at Jake and slams his head into the sewer bed, and as his legs float in the air, Kraven grabs them and slams him around the sewer bed over and over again along with the platform as it starts forming a bust of Jake's upper half.
Ava and Lela try to find some kind of opening but can't find any because Kraven is a master huntsman and has trained himself to have as few openings as possible, to the point he seems to have a sixth sense.
Suddenly Dr. Conners, aka Lizardman, appears with his slit eyes as tiny as they possibly can be as he tries to eat Kraven but only manages to bite off his hand along with Jake's leg.
Sadly, for Ava, the wrong hand was bitten off, and Kraven, along with Jake, quickly regrew their missing body parts, while Conners continues trying to attack and eat Kraven while Kraven is just enjoying the thrill of the hunt.
Lela, seeing a tiny opening, shoves her hand right through Kraven's chest, causing him to groan in pain as Lela manages to somehow steal the ring on Kraven's finger but not in the way Ava probably wanted.
For Lela just barely managed to spin the ring off Kraven's finger as it falls into the water, causing Ava and Kraven to both look in distress as they try to find the ring, especially Kraven, as he weakly kicks Conners off, as without the ring, he's back to being a normal human.
Think of it as a professional wrestler constantly doping up before almost every fight and then suddenly going cold turkey for honor or because the price was no longer worth it and becoming weaker than a fresh recruit. That's how Kraven feels.
Jake grabs Ava and Lela by both their waists and grows his legs as he stretches out of the sewers from the roof that was slowly breaking down because of all the missing floors from every floor weakening the foundation of the entire building.
Ava is, of course, furious about everything Jake is doing, as she wants to get the ring back; Lela doesn't care about any of that and slaps Jake's back and rear so he can go faster, as she too doesn't want to be here any longer.
It took four long hours to reach the hidden S.H.I.E.L.D. base, and during that time every bit of Jake's armor was quickly falling off, along with Ava's and Lela's, but Lela's was mostly melting off, while Ava's was very slow since it was somewhat integrated into her armor.
By the time Jake dropped both the girls in their planning room, Ava slapped Jake not once but twice, as she was very angry about him dragging her away from getting her family's ring back.
Lela: "Look, we're all alive, and there's bound to be someone who can probably help you find your clan's ring or whatever, but Jake and I did what you asked, so you owe both of us one!"
Lela snaps her fingers as she saunters off, going back to her normal human form as she flips her hoodie up, as she for some reason seems to either hate or really dislike her normal appearance.
Meanwhile, Jake, or Ekaj, grabs the ring from their foot and gently slides it onto her little sister's middle finger and somehow melts into the shadows the second she starts waking up, and upon seeing the ring, she thinks she's dreaming and goes back to sleep, only to scream in the morning when she realizes she wasn't dreaming.
