Chapter 184
Kate’s Point of View
After lunch, it was time for gym. Rose and I walked to gym class together and headed to the girls’ locker room to change. Once we were finished changing, we went to sit on the bleachers. The teacher wasn’t in the room yet, so everyone was talking amongst themselves.
"I can’t believe Kate is the Redmoon Twin Alpha’s mate. She is too much of a spoiled little girl. I don’t get what they see in her," One of the students said. I had seen her at the Redmoon Pack the day I had spent the night, so I knew she was one of the pack members of Redmoon.
"You better stop it, Sara. You should stop talking," her friends said.
"Oh please. What is she going to do, Anna? Tell the Alphas on me. That is all she can do. Besides, they are only attracted to her because of the matebond. They will get tired of her soon. You know they are in love with my cousin Monica. She is going to be so upset when they get tired of her and get back with my cousin."
I was so heated and trying to stay in control.
"Kate, calm down," Rose said, but I couldn’t. I looked at Sara and Anna. They looked back at me. Anna had a worried look on her face, but Sara looked so smug and confident.
"Who are you looking at?"
"You," I said
"You think you are something else because you are an Alpha’s daughter, don’t you? Let me tell you something. That isn’t going to keep Alpha Nathan and Alpha Ethan attracted to you. They are going to get tired of you just like they do everyone else, and when that happens, they will go back to Monica," Sara said
Everyone in the room was looking at us. Rose looked at me with a worried look on her face. She was afraid I was going to lose control. She had a good reason to worry because my wolf was at the surface. Honestly, even if my wolf wasn’t angry, I was. I never let anyone fuck with me.
"You know what’s funny to me, Sara?" I asked
"What?"
"You, it’s funny to me that you are bragging about your whore of a cousin. You really think she could take Nathan and Ethan away from me. That is the dumbest thing I have ever heard," I said
"What did you just say to me?" Sara asked
"You heard me, bitch. You are dumb, and your whore of a cousin is even dumber to tell you that type of thing. I don’t know if you know about fated mates, but once they meet, they are tied for life. My mates will never touch your slutty cousin again," I said
"Kate," Rose said, but I ignored her.
Sara was so angry that she got up from the bleachers, screamed, and lunged at me.
"You bitch. I am going to show you something," Sara said. Before she could hit me, I blocked her punch, and then I tripped her, got on top of her, and punched her over and over again in her face.
Rose got up and pulled me off of her after a while
"What is going on?" Everyone turned around to see the gym teacher walking into the room. Sara got up with tears in her eyes.
"Coach, Kate attacked me. Look at my face," Sara said. Her nose was bleeding, and she had a black eye and knots on her forehead.

"I didn’t even touch Kate. She did this to me," Sara said. We were in the principal’s office, and he was very upset.
"She started it by talking shit," I said
"That doesn’t give you the right to hit someone. I have called both of your parents and the Alphas of your pack. Kate, for you, that means both your Parents and your brother will be coming here," The principal said
I just shrugged my shoulders and crossed my arms around my chest. I wanted to say whatever, but I thought it better not to.
My parents, Derek, and Sara walked into the room at the same time.
"Oh, Sara, what happened to your face?" Sara’s mom asked
"Mom, Daddy, Kate did this to me," Sara said
"Kate, is that true?" My mom asked
"Yes," I replied
"Why?"My mom asked. I didn’t want to go into detail about what happened. Sara decided to speak.
"She got upset with me because Monica is close to Alpha Nathan and Alpha Ethan. She called my cousin a whore, then she hit me," Sara said
"That is not true. Well, not entirely. I mean, I did call her cousin a whore, but I only said that because she was telling me that they wanted her and not me. Then, she attacked me, and I defended myself," I said
"That is not true. Look at her face. She doesn’t even have any marks on her," Sara said
"That is because I can fight better than you," I said
"She is lying. I never touched her," Sara said
"Kate has to be punished for this. I know that she is an Alpha’s daughter, but that doesn’t mean that she can get away with harming others," Sara’s mom said
"That is true. Kate can’t go around hitting others no matter what someone said to her. Sara doesn’t have any injuries, so she will get off with a warning, but Kate, you are suspended for a week," the principal said.
