Chapter 185
Kate’s Point of View
I was upset that Sara got away with what she said. Rose even came and told the principal what had happened. He still said that since I was the one who put my hands on Sara, I was the one who would be suspended. My parents and Derek didn’t argue. I guess they didn’t want to make it seem like just because I was born in an Alpha family that I would have special privileges. I honestly didn’t care. A week away from school sounded alright to me. It was almost graduation time, and my grades were so good I knew I was going to graduate on time. So, I didn’t mind having a week off from school.
I waited outside the principal’s office now. My parents and Derek were in the principal’s office with the Principal and Sara’s parents. Sara was also outside the office with us. The receptionist was watching us. Rose was sitting beside me as well.
"At least the Principal suspended you. It is what you deserved for hitting me," Sara said. She was still getting smart.
"Don’t worry about her, Kate," Rose said
"I’m not. She has a big mouth that she needs to learn how to shut," I replied. Sara frowned at me. I could tell she was upset that I didn’t respond the way she expected me to respond.
"Quiet, girls," the lady at the front said. I looked at her and saw she was staring at us. I just sighed.
"You are not worth my time or my Alpha’s time. You will see that I am right once they get back with Monica," I heard Sara whisper. She knew I could hear her.
"What did you just say to my mate?" I opened my eyes and saw Ethan and Nathan coming into the room
"Yeah, I couldn’t have heard you right. Did you just say that we were going to get back with Monica? I know I couldn’t have heard you right?" Ethan added. His voice was calm, but I knew deep down he was heated. Him and his wolf
"I um," Sara stuttered. She looked pale. I knew she was frightened.
"Alpha Nathan, Alpha Ethan, the principal is waiting for you inside with their parents and Alpha Derek," The receptionist said
"Okay," Ethan said as they walked over to me and took my hand, helping me out of my seat.
"Are you okay, Princess?" Ethan asked
"Yes, I am fine," I replied. Ethan wrapped his arms around me in a tight hug and kissed the top of my head. Then he released me, and Nathan did the same thing.
"Did she hurt you, Love?" Nathan asked as he hugged me
"No," I replied. He pulled away from me and looked at me as if checking for any injuries.
"We will be back in a minute," Ethan said
"Okay," I replied, and they walked into the office without knocking. I looked over at Sara to see how upset she looked that they were so nice to me. I was sure she didn’t think that would happen. Nathan and Ethan were known for being ruthless and not caring for anyone. It must have shocked her when she saw how nice they were being to me.
I just smiled at her and then waited for them to come out of the office. Sara didn’t have anything to say after that.
After a while, everyone left the office. Sara’s parents looked pale from worry. I was sure Nathan and Ethan had some words for them after hearing the things that Sara had said when we had first arrived.
"Sara, we heard that you have said some rude things to the Luna." I was shocked when they called me the Luna. When I was in the office, they kept calling me Kate and had no respect towards me.
"You need to apologize, NOW," Her dad said, and she looked at me.
"Um, I am sorry," Sara said
"For what?" Ethan asked
"For um... For..."
"It seems you don’t know what you did wrong. Let me tell you. You were disrespectful to Luna and even tried to come between your Alphas and Luna. For that, you will be punished. You are on cleaning duty for a month," Ethan said
I advise you to take this as a warning. If this ever happens again, it will be worse. You and your parents will pay severely. Do you understand?" Nathan asked
"Yes, Alphas," Sara said
"Now leave," Nathan growled, and Sara left.
I walked out of the office with Nathan, Ethan, Rose, Derek, and my parents.
"We stopped the suspension," My mom said, and I frowned.
"Oh, great!" I said sarcastically. I didn’t miss the smile that came on Nathan’s face.
"How about you ride with us, Princess?" Ethan said
"Okay," I replied. We walked over to a limo and got inside.
