During the Dark Ages

"Have you finally recognized the might of I, the great Lord Hans, Angel pet?" Hans laughed as I flew away

"But I can't let you get away now can I." He said, his face morphed into a ferocious grin, one befitting of a predator with his prey in sight, and then he bent his legs as the veins in his legs bulged and then he pushed off the ground with a loud boom as a crater formed where he once stood. He cut through the air towards me like a bullet and in no time, he was beside me.

"Boo." He said with a smile, his eyes glistening with intense rage as he gathered his aura in his fist and punched outward towards me.

I managed to maneuver myself a bit and moved my body out of the trajectory of the attack, but although his fist didn't touch me, the force from his strike still struck me, injuring my left arm which I instinctively raised to block the strike, and it felt like my bones were almost turned into powder from that strike alone. The impact sent me spiraling through the air until I was able to bring myself to a stop.

'THIS HURTS!!!' I screamed in my mind as the pain from my still throbbing arm coursed throughout my entire body. I could only grit my teeth and focus my aura in my hand to heal it faster as I continued flying away.

"Going somewhere." Hans smirked as he appeared beside me again.

'Fuck!!!' I shouted in my mind and I quickly activated my [Demon Pride] trait, I spun around and delivered a kick to his face causing him to spiral to the ground. As soon as Hans impacted the ground, a barrage of dozens of fireballs flew after me forcing me to try and out maneuver them as they followed behind me, curving and changing direction mid flight to stay hot on my tail. No matter how much I twisted and turned in the air, they kept following me and they were closing in on me like a cage. Frustrated, I created a sphere of hell fire around me causing all of them to explode.

"Good but what abou-." Hans said as he charged up a large fireball above his head but I wasn't in the mood to play anymore games and shot a spear of hell fire towards the large fireball. Taken by surprise, Hans didn't block the spear in time and it impacted the large fireball causing it to explode. I breathed a sigh at finally getting some breathing space and as my arm healed, I continued flying in the distance and soon I saw my destination….Synthia's mansion or more specifically the [Holy Territory]. I never thought one day that I would be glad to see the [Holy Territory] something that could be considered the very bane of my existence.

"You little shit!!!" Hans shouted as he appeared beside me with an angry expression on his face.

'Seriously.' I thought frustrated at this guy's persistence. As he pulled his hand back to throw a punch, I wrapped my tail around one of his horns and swung my body upward successfully dodging his punch and the subsequent shock wave. I plunged my claw into his shoulder and he roared in pain and released a wave of aura forcing me to release my tail from his horn and back off a bit. I gathered some of my aura in my leg and kick him in his back as hard as I could towards the [Holy Territory]. He crashed into the ground a few meters outside of the [Holy Territory] much to my frustration. I swooped down towards him as he fired another barrage of fireballs at me and not wanting to slow my momentum, I covered myself in hellfire as I spun like a drill through the barrage of fireballs. As I exited the hail of fireballs, Hans crossed his arms to block my charge but that wasn't enough to kill my momentum as I held onto him and carried him forward.
