Three Divine Wishes: Yes, I'm OP!

Chapter 242: The Definition Of.... Overpowered (3)

In the hours following the creation of his new Battle Art, Akasha turned his attention to Auras.

With his knowledge and the style he had just forged, all he truly needed was a single stretch of personal training to learn the weight of each weapon in his hands.

Formless Divine Dream Killer had already rewritten the idea of practice... So, traditional training would only be useless.

When he set his sights on an aura for every weapon he possessed, and for the essence of battle and assassination, the work sent warnings through realms so distant from his minor existence that he remained entirely unaware of them.

At least for now....

It was common knowledge that a path existed—more precisely, a river—that held the secret of understanding one’s aura.

However, Akasha had shattered that boundary long ago, back when he gifted Melvin the dream of becoming a supreme swordsman; both of their auras had surged past their limits to the peak.

If he had done it once by planting a dream in someone else, there was no reason he could not do it again.

Yet, this time he did not implant anything in another being.

He dreamed up multiple pills, each one granting him fifty percent comprehension of a given Aura, and he swallowed them all without leaving the zafu... or even stepping into any conceptual river.

----

Far from the Golden Apple Tree, the River of Battles flowed on, black and endless, cutting through a dimension made for nothing but the raw essence of, well... battling.

The Guardian Akasha had spoken to briefly, Rauk, stood at his post in the same spot as before, a hulking giant of a man who watched the current like a warden eyeing a prison yard.

That is, until the form of Akasha began to stir.

At that moment, his form was a dull gray—clear proof he wasn’t actively within the River of Battles.

HUMMMMMMMMM!

And then, without warning, Akasha’s form vanished.

He didn’t walk the river, didn’t face the battles at their prescribed thresholds—no, one second he was among countless others, and the next he was standing at the very end, having somehow attained the full Aura of Battles in a single leap.

Quite literally.

Rauk, taking in the sheer impossibility of it all, arched a brow and muttered to himself.

"What... the hell?"

It went without saying just how utterly impossible such a feat should have been.

In the vast sweep of time flowing through Pantheos, the conceptual rivers had never carried anyone to an Aura in less than decades of effort.

Even that was unheard of—normally, such an achievement required millennia, as each step forward grew more arduous for those striving to ascend.

Yet Akasha... he bypassed every trial, every obstacle that might have slowed him to a crawl.

And before Rauk could even recover from his astonishment, the entire Dimension erupted, surging with an overwhelming sense of... completion.

HUMMMMMMMMM!!!!!

In that instant, across the many rivers that wove together to form the dimension, multiple rivers responded in unison.

The streams of blade, spear, bow, claw, bare hands, and even assassination erupted together in a massive surge that could not be hidden.

Without warning, a voice intruded into his thoughts, brusque and uninvited.

"We have an urgent... situation."

His scowl deepened as shadows gathered around him, and in the next heartbeat, he was gone.

----

He appeared in a vast hall suspended in a void without anything supporting it.

The other guardians were already gathered, each wearing the same stunned expression that Rauk was struggling to hide.

While he maintained his outward composure, his mind kept returning to the image of the dull-gray figure.

’That young man...’ He thought as another guardian spoke.

"How did one person manage to complete so many auras at once?"

The woman’s voice carried a quiet curiosity, her beauty marked by the haunting grace of someone who had lived through and outlasted her own legend.

The scythe hanging at her side seemed less like a weapon she carried and more like an extension of her body, worn into her stance by years of use.

Her gaze drifted slowly from one face to another before finally coming to rest on Rauk.

And... the question hung in the air, leaving the hall even more tense than when he had first stepped inside.

They had all sensed the same thing, yet the sheer impossibility of it was too much to grasp fully—even for those who had existed since time immemorial.

And... that only made Akasha’s accomplishment all the more outrageous, knowing it was something never before achieved.

"That young man... I’ve spoken with him before," Rauk murmured, his voice low as he recalled the first time Akasha had entered the Rivers of Battle.

Back then, he had dismissed him as nothing more than a spoiled brat.

At the time, Akasha had only reached the rank of God Emperor... a detail that had piqued Rauk’s interest...

But it merely led him to assume the boy had parents who had paved his way toward mastering Auras far earlier than most.

’Heh... never in my wildest thoughts would I have imagined this,’ he reflected with a shake of his head.

A murmur rippled through the gathered guardians, each of them circling back to the same inevitable conclusion: only the Era of Khaos could produce such a phenomenon.

"Do we even have a name?" one guardian asked.

"No," replied the woman with the scythe, her fingers absently brushing the scar on her stomach, more out of habit than searching for pain.

"Though... finding out won’t be difficult."

Rauk’s gaze remained distant as he pulled himself from his thoughts.

"The question isn’t just who he is," he said slowly. "It’s whether we move to bring him into the Pantheon before someone else does... or before this era itself decides what he will become."

----

While the Guardians of some of the most abstract realms in all of Pantheos turned their gaze toward Akasha, he remained unfazed by his achievements, knowing the most outrageous moment from these Auras was still to come.

"Now... let’s merge them all into one."
