Three Divine Wishes: Yes, I'm OP!

Chapter 241: The Definition Of... Overpowered (2)

"It seems," Akasha murmured, "not all Distinctions are equal."

He was actually a bit relieved to learn that the highest forms of these distinctions didn’t all max out at the same level of power—it would have been such a letdown if they were only useful up to the Universal stage.

But after witnessing the gap between the Lord of Firmament and the Sovereign of Darkness, any lingering doubts vanished.

Without wasting any time, he continued altering and assimilating Distinctions into his bloodline, a process that stretched on for a full hour.

During this period, Akasha accomplished exactly what he had set out to do—claim the highest form of every Distinction in existence.

Unlike many conceptual aspects scattered throughout the vast expanse of Pantheos, Distinctions were finite; there were only twenty in total.

This limitation existed because none of them exceeded the Multiversal Level, which essentially meant that, like the Sovereign of Darkness, these Distinctions became useless to beings who operated beyond the realm of the Multiverse.

However, even with this limitation, it meant nothing in the grand scheme of Akasha’s ambitions.

At this moment, beyond forging a deep connection with the Celestial Bodies and the Darkness, he had also gone on to claim the Distinctions of Beast, Names, Bloodlines, Nature, Weapons, Seals, Hunting, and more.

"Hmm, so I’m guessing things like Death, Life, and other concepts..."

Akasha murmured, taking a moment to let everything settle within him.

"Are reserved for Authorities?"

While he couldn’t be certain of his theory, he had a feeling he wasn’t far from the truth, as such concepts didn’t exist as Distinctions—no one could become a Son of Death or Life, nor embody things like Fate.

And that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing; in fact, it was perhaps all the more intriguing.

He drew a deep breath and turned to the last piece of this particular task.

With his eyes closed, he dreamed of an artifact that was almost insulting in its simplicity: it was a mark, nothing more, made to take every Distinction he had gathered and press them into a single unique title.

The moment the mark formed, it was invisible, and without wasting time... it entered the bloodline without breaking skin.

HUMMMMMM!!!!

There was no slash of light, no radiant flare—only an abrupt, overwhelming surge of Divinity that burst into the living room, pressing in on every fiber of his being before slowly receding, leaving behind a lingering echo of its presence.

[Congratulations... The Creators applaud your achievement.]

[You have forged a completely new and unique Distinction.]

[All-Key Eclipse — This power carries both passive and active effects.

Passively, it nullifies any lower Distinctions in your presence.

When activated, it extends far beyond your Divine Sense radius and can envelop entire multiverses at once.

Any target caught within your eclipse is severed from all that is not you, bound to exist solely on your terms until the power is released.

During this time, they are entirely removed from existence, granting you the ability to claim anything from them or reshape their very being as you see fit.]

----

On the surface, nothing appeared to have shifted. He remained seated on the zafu, Sage still lost in peaceful slumber.

Beyond the canopy, the pale fruit continued to dangle from the branches of the Golden Apple Tree, untouched and serene.

Inside, though, something different had taken hold—an authority that didn’t feel like just another title tossed onto a growing heap.

It was more like... a step toward freedom.

The earlier Distinctions, even the weaker ones, settled within it the way rooms rest inside a house that’s just discovered it owns the whole street.

A low, unrestrained laugh slipped out of him.

Deep down, he couldn’t shake a slight caution at the thought that he was being watched again—or perhaps the creators, whoever they were, had never stopped watching him in the first place.

Still, knowing there was nothing he could do about it, and not even a shred of information to go on, he decided it wasn’t worth the worry.

"I’m sure they’ll be congratulating me plenty in the days... or years to come," Akasha muttered as he kept his eyes closed, turning his attention toward the next step.

"Now... a few upgrades before Auras."

Before Akasha delved into his plans for Auras, Authorities, and even his star, he decided it was time to focus on some much-needed upgrades for himself.

For quite a while, his Battle Art had been falling short.

It wasn’t obvious to others, largely because the beings in this Minor Existence seemed unaware of such matters, but he knew the truth.

When the time came for him to step into Pantheos, he wanted nothing less than to be fully, unquestionably prepared.

In the next moment, he began to dream again.

He didn’t merely imagine a fancier version of what he already had.

What he intended to create... was the first genuine step toward becoming what he was meant to be... as both a master and fighter.

If you knew Akasha well, you’d know he never wanted to be defined by a single weapon.

Titles like Sword Saint felt to him like gilded cages—shiny and impressive on the outside, but ultimately restrictive and confining.

What he wanted was a skill set that could meet any challenge in any room he entered, and the only way to truly claim that kind of versatility was to master every weapon so thoroughly that none felt like a specialty.

Blade, bow, claw, and bare hands all had to flow through him as parts of the same language, not as a mismatched set of outfits he switched between.

And of course, the way he wanted to fight hadn’t changed.

He never dragged a battle out to prove he could survive it.

When Akasha chose to fight, it was always with the intent to end it as swiftly as it began.

Any hint of elegance that emerged in the process was never deliberate, but simply the natural byproduct of his power and the inevitability of his actions, not a show meant for others.

As he finished, he received another notification.

----

[You have created a new Battle Art.]

[Battle Art: Formless Divine Dream Killer (Divine) – This Battle Art has no defined stance or sign of engagement.

Every fighting method in Pantheos—blade, scythe, spear, bow, claws, bare hands, and more—flows seamlessly together in this style.

You are never where your opponent expects you to be, and the moment the enemy fully commits to a move, it becomes the line that seals their fate.

It turns any open combat into an assassination waiting to happen.

Operating slightly above the Multiversal scale, this Battle Art reigns supreme in both elegance and lethality.

Passive Abilities:

Accepted Kill: The instant you decide to fight, your presence, angles, and initial read vanish from your opponent’s timing.

Borrowed Commitment: Any attack, power, or technique that is fully initiated creates an inevitable return line. There’s no need to match blow for blow—once their power is activated, it guarantees a counter.

Unfixed Armory: All weapons and combat forms flow through you as one.]
