The biggest reason Sora originally wanted to settle in Paldea was because he could conveniently catch Koraidon and Miraidon there, along with the many Paradox Pokémon waiting to be explored.But after thinking it through—did choosing not to live in Paldea really prevent him from catching those Pokémon?

Not at all.

With Sora's abilities, there would be plenty of opportunities in the future to gain permission to enter Area Zero.

It wasn't like he intended to raise an entire army of Paradox Pokémon.

He only planned to catch three or four he genuinely liked.
