The Heretic's Mana-Bound Sanctuary

Chapter 78: Engine of Heresy

The captured crystalline monolith did not bleed, but it certainly screamed.

Moored to the ruined apex of the Zenith Spire by massive, hyper-condensed void-diamond chains, the non-Euclidean vessel actively violently shuddered against its restraints. It was a machine built from absolute logic and holy mathematics, currently being forcefully infected by the manic, entropic genius of an Abyssal Forge-Master.

"The architecture is so rigidly beautiful, Master!" Elara shrieked, suspended in the air by a web of glowing violet alchemical tethers connecting her directly to the ship’s exposed hull. "The Seraphs of Logic don’t use ambient mana to fly. They use localized spatial deletion! The ship calculates the distance between Point A and Point B, and then simply mathematically deletes the space between them!"

Kaelen stood at the edge of his petrified throne, a dark, deeply predatory smirk curling his lips as he watched his Forge-Master work.

He held the Crystalline Logic Core in his right hand. The blue, glowing sphere of shifting polygons violently trembled against his God-Eater aura, desperately trying to compute a survival scenario that did not exist.

"Can you overwrite it, Elara?" he rumbled, the multi-tonal resonance of his voice echoing over the rhythmic clatter of Cassius drafting laws below.

"Overwrite it? Oh, my Demigod, I am going to traumatize it!" Elara giggled, her emerald eyes completely whited out by a churning vortex of dark data.

She slammed both of her soot-stained hands against the silver hull of the monolith. The alchemical brands covering her pale flesh ignited with blinding, radioactive black fire.

"Entropic Matrix: Axiom Inversion!"

The massive crystal ship let out a deafening, mechanical shriek. The pristine, cold blue light radiating from its geometry violently aggressively flickered, rapidly overwhelmed by a suffocating, deep violet pulse. The silver polygons began to rot, transmuting into hyper-dense, jagged void-glass. The ship didn’t just change color; it fundamentally changed concepts. It was no longer a vessel of truth. It was an engine of paradox.

Ariel stepped up beside Kaelen, her six shadow-wings folding elegantly. The Abyssal Valkyrie looked at the corrupted monolith, her cold, calculating eyes gleaming with profound satisfaction.

"The Seraphs of Logic are arrogant, Sovereign," Ariel noted smoothly. "They believed their mathematics were entirely untouchable. By delivering this vessel directly to our doorstep, they have inadvertently handed us the master key to the Sphere’s remaining infrastructure."

He turned the corrupted, now pitch-black Logic Core over in his palm. "Explain, Valkyrie."

"The Sphere of Judgment is vast, and highly compartmentalized," she explained, gesturing to the sprawling, corrupted obsidian metropolis far below them. "While we have secured the central leylines and the High Arbiter, there are still thousands of minor judges, scribes, and executioners barricaded in pocket dimensions across the outer wards. The Silver Archives was just one of them. They are hiding behind Tier-1 Filibusters and conceptual firewalls, hoping to wait us out."

"And if we march the Brutes to every single door, it will take months to physically shatter them," he deduced, his eyes narrowing with lethal intent.

"Exactly," she smiled. "But this vessel operates outside of traditional linear geometry. It does not need to break a door. It can simply mathematically insert itself into the middle of their locked rooms."

His dark smile returned. The slow burn of his tactical siege was accelerating. He wasn’t just going to grind the angels down; he was going to bypass their defenses entirely and slaughter them in their safe rooms.

"Cassius!" he barked, not looking down at the chained, weeping Arbiter.

The heavy Void-iron chains rattled violently as the Level 115 fallen judge flinched. "Y-yes, Emperor?"

"Draft a new foundational edict," he commanded, walking toward the floating, corrupted monolith. "Declare the airspace of the entire Sphere of Judgment as exclusively Imperial. Any localized pocket dimension that does not actively broadcast a signal of unconditional surrender is legally reclassified as an ’Obstruction of the Crown’."

Cassius choked on a sob, his ruined eye sockets leaking black fluid onto his parchment. "Emperor... please. If you classify them as obstructions, the automated Truth-Wards will stop protecting them. You will strip them of their divine shielding..."

"I am not asking for your legal counsel, Arbiter," he stated coldly, pausing at the edge of the platform. "I am demanding your signature. Write it, or I will let Seraphina drag you into the gladiator pits to serve as a sparring dummy."

The sheer, absolute terror of facing the Eclipse Vanguard broke whatever lingering resistance Cassius held. The starlight quill aggressively scratched across the parchment.

A moment later, the ambient violet sky of the dimension violently violently shuddered. The conceptual shift was immediate. Across the vast, infinite expanse of the Sphere, the localized protective wards of the hidden celestial bunkers actively flickered and died, their legal right to exist forcefully overwritten by Kaelen’s supreme authority.

"The firewalls are down, Master!" Elara cheered, dropping gracefully from the floating monolith and landing in a crouch. She wiped a streak of black soot from her cheek, beaming with manic pride. "The ship’s navigation array is fully synched with your Black Genesis domain! I can pinpoint the exact coordinates of every single panicked angel in this entire realm!"

He stepped onto the woven-light boarding ramp of the corrupted Void-Cruiser. The interior of the ship was no longer a sterile, silver laboratory; it was a dark, suffocating throne room of jagged glass and hyper-dense dark mana.

He tapped into the Abyssal Trinity link, his voice echoing with absolute, world-ending gravity directly into the minds of his Harem.

"Seraphina."

Deep in the sunken, rusted gladiator pits, the Eclipse Vanguard flawlessly decapitated a screaming, wingless Inquisitor. She paused, shaking the golden blood from her massive greatsword. "I hear you, my Sovereign."

"Leave a detachment of Brutes to manage the prisoners," Kaelen ordered. "Bring your elite cohort and board the monolith. We are going hunting."

"With pleasure," Seraphina hissed, her corrupted golden eyes dilating with pure, unadulterated bloodlust.

He walked into the dark bridge of the Void-Cruiser and took his seat at the helm—a throne of floating, shifting black polygons. Ariel flanked his right, and Elara practically skipped to the alchemical navigation console on his left.

"Where to first, Master?" Elara asked, her fingers dancing rapidly across the corrupted crystal interface.

"The Silver Archives," he commanded, locking the corrupted Logic Core directly into the ship’s drive matrix. "The remaining High Magistrates believe they can hide behind their endless legal jargon. Let us show them the absolute logic of the Abyss."

The Void-Cruiser did not ignite thrusters. It didn’t make a sound.

The ship simply violently deleted the space around it, folding out of reality and leaving a lingering, localized vacuum of absolute darkness hanging over the Zenith Spire. The meticulous, brutal subjugation of the Inquisitorial Judiciary was about to become a slaughter.
