Chapter 143: King Luke Balder II, Owen's Father? by Harem-Fan
Dressed in Victorian-era formal evening wear combined with gothic aristocratic styling, I felt like Count Dracula, sigh...
"Blah, blah~blah, I am Count Dark Sky!"
Camila at my side, holding my arm, looked at me holding the edge of my black cape in a funny way, and she asked with curiosity.
"I feel you are making fun of your new identity, Husband?"
I whispered in her ear.
"Yeah, there were some comical Vampire jokes in my past, and I was acting out one of them, sorry. Maybe teasing about Vampires is insensitive?"
The taller blonde woman teased back to break my thoughts.
"Is it more or less insensitive than eating Humans? I think a few Vampire jokes might liven things up, haha."
My new personal maid, Andra von Dark, fixed my gold trinkets like a broach, cufflinks, and necktie pin while we were waiting on Alice to join us off the airship.
All three of my brides are going to wear their black wedding gowns today for the Vampire wedding, as Alice didn't want to wait for the event.
With a sexy smile, with painted crimson lips, Alice came out with two maids helping her, and Camila is wearing an identical gown, to show all three women are one unit.
This black Victorian-style gothic dress has a tight, corset top covered in intricate black lace and dramatic, flowing sleeves.
And the bottom explodes into a large, heavy black silk skirt made of many dark layers that trail behind the women.
Naturally as black and gold are the royal Dark Vampire colors, all of my wives are also wearing golden jewelry.
Alice's hair was done up in a high ponytail with curled ends, as all my brides will be, because I unfortunately will be biting and tasting my wives necks and blood later.
I won't be really drinking, as it is more symbolic for me, but my three wives will be getting drunk off of me.
I will meet my third bride in the carriage we will be boarding, as she came to pick us up.
Then we will enter the Dark Garden Secret Realm, to the home-world where Camila was awakened alone on an altar in-front of a statue of herself, as the first Original Vampire of Humans.
We will then be paraded in the Dark Garden capital city, to the venue of the dark ceremony, where I will meet the Ancient Elder Council of 13 rulers, and three of them are all my wives.
Camila pulled my arm gently as I was admiring my two blonde Vampire brides, and seemed to be in a daze.
"Husband and Alice, let us go meet Bianca, she is waiting downstairs."
I teased thinking about my wives names.
"My three wives' first letters all line up... A, B, C, I think this is fate, right?"
Thump~! Alice looked defeated and palmed my forehead, then complained.
"Loki, I love you Dear, but just for today, don't say anything dumb to ruin my wedding."
Even Camila smiled at Alice of all people scolding me, the King, but as much as she also loves me, she agrees with Alice this once.
I could tell I was now outnumbered and fake pouted.
"Fine... I will act serious just till the bedchambers, then I get to act like Loki Dark Sky, humph!"
The two women giggled at my acting as we left the Dark Warship...

The outer fortress city that guards the entrance to the Dark Garden is a dystopia looking grey stone fortress that is designed to fend off hordes of Undead...
The thick outer walls of this Undead Lands outer city are 50 feet high and 20 feet thick, with magically enchanted magical barriers that can be erected in a pinch.
Hundreds of highly trained Dhampir Knights patrol the walls, while mindless Undead clean the city and move goods around, while some Humans do business with traveling merchants.
Despite what most think about the Dark Vampire Kingdom, the number of pure blood born Vampires aren't that many, with created Vampires only tripling that amount.
Most of the Vampire force are Dhampirs that don't consume nearly as much meat and blood as their parents, while Humans make up a large part of the Kingdom's citizens.
It is said by Camila that the Humans of Myst actually exited from her Dark Garden Realm when she first woke up, around 32,000 years ago.
(This is only true of Loki's western Humans, as the eastern Humans, and Humans on the other-side of Myst came from other Secret Realms, almost like Noah's Ark.)
Camila also told me that the Undead Lands didn't used to be like this back then, and only in the past 25,000 years has it fallen to this state, as early Lorelei Humans became greedy with Death magic, and created magical kingdoms that spread over Myst then fell in rot.
The excessive use of Necromancy without restraint damaged nearly a quarter of Myst before the Great Undead War forced them to the other side of Myst in shame and banishment, as Camila took part in purging them from this part of Myst.
That is why Camila's Vampire law's are so strict to control population and hold Vampires accountable for their progeny they create.
Humans are food, yes... But it is a farmer's responsibility to take good care of your crops and cattle, let them grow strong, and never over feed...

When we walked to a lavishly decorated black carriage, pulled by eight Nightmares, I first saw her...
The woman's eyes are a striking, supernatural golden color.
They emit a faint, glowing light in the dark night and grey haze.
Her gaze is intense and focused directly on me, with subtle silvery magical reflections highlighting her eyes under the moonlight.
Without her high heels on, she would stand at 5'10" tall like me.
Her platinum blonde hair is done up in a high-ponytail, like both of my brides at my sides, and her black wedding dress and golden accessories mirrored them, telling me this woman is definitely Bianca von Dark, my new wife.
She was beautiful supernaturally so, with the air of a woman who is a charismatic and powerful leader.
Seeing her made me think of Lana, my wife... Like they share some similarities, at least in the E-cup chest department, but not height.
I must have been stunned seeing her, because her serious expression softened into a genuine smile, and she said to me...
"Hello Loki Sky, I am your third Vampire Bride, Bianca von Dark. Do you believe in fate, Loki?"
Her glinting gold eyes with silver magic light gave her smile a wicked edge, like she knows me, and whenever anyone talks fate with me, my spine shudders.
"Please, if you are going to tell me you've been waiting a long time to meet me, like before I was born, then I'm going to escape from here with magic!"
She smiled and said.
"Oh-my~ Okay, I won't say anything like that, haha. By the way Loki, do I meet your standards for a wife? I am a 9th Circle Time element Healer, and am very mature?"
I scratched my fake redhead awkwardly seeing all three tall, blonde, golden eyed, Vampires, and felt they were like three sisters, and I nodded.
"You definitely are on par with Alice and Camila, and I probably don't deserve your willingness to marry me... I hope I don't disappoint you, Bianca."
I only blinked for a second, and she was in front of me with a serious look, then her sweet breath could be smelled as she spoke calmly.
"Loki, you can only disappoint me if you disappoint yourself... You are destined for great things, and it is we who don't deserve your affections. Just know loving you is my free will, and I am ready for it."
Mwah~! When she leaned in to kiss my lips softly, I felt a jolt in my soul... Not my heart like with Sylvia and Shade, but my magic core, like I was meant to meet this woman.
When my eyes opened from that amazing kiss that was tongue free, I asked.
"Have we met before... Like past life before?"
"Loki, I don't remember my past life, but I know our future together... But I can't tell you about that, or you will run away from me, right?"
Yeah, she is a Time element user, so it makes some sense... She probably can see possible future events.
"My fear of knowing the future is burned into my soul... So please don't tell me, warn me, or tell me my destiny. I just want to live free and do my best."
Bianca nodded, took my hand, and pulled me into the black carriage, then said.
"I won't spoil the book's ending, but after tonight, you will wish you asked me about how I knew you, haha... Come, Loki. Tonight will be one you will never forget."
My Spidey Sense tingled with dread, and I felt I was about to commit a crime...

In the northern borders of the Eastern Wasteland, Ice Phoenix Palace Sect...
Xia Bing had just arrived after burning most of her supplies that Loki found for her in the Secret realm, but the speed was worth it.
In a jade palace, on the tallest peak in the sect, sat two women facing one another on cushions, drinking warm tea.
Xia Bing rushed here, and her master was surprised at how fast they returned.
Sect Master, Xue Wuxia, observed the still Xia Bing with her heterochromatic blue (right) and gold (left) eyes, and sipped her tea Xia Bing made.
Her long black hair fell like a waterfall down her back and over her modest C-cup chest.
She was only two inches taller than Xia Bing, average for an easterner woman at 5'6" tall.
Her white and blue robes fit her well, and are suited for swordsmanship, as her magic sect sword, The Flying Ice Jian is her battle companion.
"Xia Bing, you have changed since you left back then for the Royal Secret Realm... You feel more alive and happy."
"Palace Master, I have found a cure, the Pure Yang Body."
The teacup frosted over on its own from the Ice Phoenix Constitution of Xue Wuxia, and she nodded.
"I already know, it is the new Sect Master of the Demonic Sect, Loki Sky."
Xia Bing was stunned at first, feeling the magic cores were burned for nothing.
"Loki Sky is a good man, Master... He said he would help you if you want."
"Bing'er, he won't help me for free. His life is also in danger if he helps me and can die... Do you want us both to die together?"
"Even if you kill him, Master, he will rise like a Fire Phoenix. Loki can do anything... Even help..."
She stopped her words, because her cold emotions began to stir, because of Loki's influence.
"Xia Bing, you have changed, and your "shadow" hasn't come to manipulate you. You are becoming agitated, and alive. Is it due to this Loki?"
When Xia Bing saw her master's smiling eyes, she felt stupid.
"Loki did help me... But how long have you known?"
Xue Wuxia let out a sigh.
"Sigh, I knew when you were murdered... I could tell your changes, as I raised you."
"Then... Why not expose me, or kick me out?"
The Sect Master took Xia Bing's hand and said.
"You're like my child, how can I abandon you when all others have done it to you? I knew you were still in there, and now you are more alive... So tell me about why Sect Master Loki Sky improved your situation."
"My soul contract won't let me betray Loki with his secrets... Unless you make a Heavenly Vow to keep what I tell you secret?"
She nodded, and was so curious about this new man who changed the destiny she knew, and vowed on the spot.
"I, Xue Wuxia, swear on the Heavenly Dao to be killed by Heavenly Tribulation if I betray the secrets of Loki Sky and Xia Bing."
Xia Bing, Xue Wuxia, and Loki Sky all felt the locking of Heavenly Tribulation as the oath took effect. (This was when Loki felt his Spidey Sense kick in.)
Xia Bing then spilled the beans, at least only what pertains to herself and Loki.
Xue Wuxia thought Heavenly Tribulation would strike her dead, just from what she learned about Loki Sky, and she was truly terrified of someone more than even the Emperor...
