Chapter 142: Gu & Bing Burn Ice Magic Cores? by Harem-Fan

All of the disciples on the airship had cold-sweats at the crazy amount of Ice magic cores Xia Bing was feeding into the magical engine, at a rate of 10× normal, to travel 4× faster.

The invisible Gu Xia besides her whispers.

[Okay sister, we are about 750 miles from the Corpse Refining Sect, so I will teleport there and you can head north to your sect now. Hey Bing, does it feel strange we are now acting separately?]

Xia Bing didn't fluctuate in her emotions and only spoke to her.

"It isn't strange, as we are both on the same mission, to rush back before news of Loki reaches our sects. We are also both planning to take down or save our two sects. Even if the Emperor used us, I still care for Palace Master Xue Wuxia. As for Xia Sha, our so-called mother, I don't care."

The Corpse Refining Sect is a deathly feeling and huge black mountain.

It is surrounded by a dreary city of mausoleum, graveyards, and crypts, with a trading village operated by disciples with living Humans at its mountain foot.

Unlike most sects, the Corpse Refining Sect is made into the mountain as opposed to built on them.

They live in dug out caves instead of buildings, though the interiors look just like formal buildings one would find in stone castles.

When Gu Xia leapt from her flying sword, the disciples at the gate quickly cupped their fist and gave her a salute to their Holy Maiden.

Gu Xia still had her huge black coffin strapped to her back like normal, and the black Jian in hand, in case anyone gets stupid with her.

She casually waved them to stop boot licking and asked.

"Did the Ghost Flying Boat arrive already, or did I beat it?"

One of the Body Cultivators told her.

"Reporting to Holy Maiden Gu... They haven't returned yet, and the Sect Master is still here, if you are planning to stop by."

Gu Xia nodded, leapt back on her sword when she entered the defensive array, and flew towards Xia Sha's dwelling at the top of the mountain, one of the few outdoor palaces here...

Corpse Refining Sect Master's nine floor pagoda...

In the top floor of this black stone and grey wood pagoda, that is smaller than the lower floors, was the main office where the Sect Master Xia Sha did her work of managing the affairs of day-to-day matters.

The Sect Master was kneeling over her desk writing on some parchment scrolls, and her long hair dangled.

Her long, dark hair is partly up in a bun, while the rest flows freely down past her shoulders, and bangs framing her face.

Xia Sha wears a sleek, dark bodice decorated with silvery patterns and blue gems that highlights her slim and curvy shape.

A transparent fabric drapes softly from her dress like a gown, and her ample E-cups look appetizing to men of all types.

Xia Sha has a secret about herself most don't know... She isn't Human at all.

She is a monster known as a Youkai, a Snow Woman. (Yuki-Onna)

This is why her age of 5,692 years is nothing for her, and why she looks so beautiful, along with her special body constitution. (Nine Nether Body)

Without her three inch heels, she stands at 5'7" tall, with greenish-grey eyes (or grey-hazel), and full of cold determination as she continued her task.

She is the most powerful Death Beastmaster (Summoner) behind King Owen Balder, at least the strongest in the Eastern Wastelands, for now.

But where she beats Owen is her powers as a Snow Woman, that are equal to an Ice Strong and Vanguard Body Cultivator.

The monsters she has bound are a sentient 8th Circle Ghost Flying Boat (Undead Construct), a 7th Circle Lich named Chu Yue, and the 8th Circle Western White Dracolich named Zero.

What Xia Bing and Xia Gu don't know about her relationship with being the Emperor's mistress, is he will never marry her due to her Snow Woman's curse upon marriage.

Any man that marries a Snow Woman is automatically bound to the Vow of Holy Tribulation to keep her secret, and any man wanting to marry her, will suffer this fate.

The Emperor could feel the Heavens of Mount Olympus lock onto him the moment he wanted to marry her, so he abandoned her after getting her pregnant.

It is a public shame for a ruler of noble bearing like him to not marry the woman he got pregnant, especially one of her status, so he is a pussy in this regard.

The Emperor cares about his pure and righteous public image so much, and Xia Sha looks down on this cowered for it.

He made false promises over the years to herself and both of her twin talented daughters that she has to publicly treat as orphans, to not shame him for having bastard children.

Then because of Vali Balder's birth, the Emperor not only killed Xia Bing for being disobedient to her father, but had Xia Gu refine her own sister as a tool, then sent Xia Gu to do the job of the daughter he killed.

Sure, Xia Sha isn't a good mother because those were that shameless man's offspring, but killing your own children is the lowest.

Her hand on her magical pen tightened, and she felt the Yin energy of Death (magic core) and Ice (racial) rampaging in her body again.

When she was going to take some medicine to help warm her aches, she heard then saw two things coming.

The first thing was her Ghost Ship Summons in the distance was arriving with the disciples from the Dragons Graveyard trip.

The second was Gu Xia racing on her flying sword to her office.

She put her medicine away and didn't want anyone to see it, as her Nine Nether Body is a treasure for some, and why the Emperor had targeted her in the first place..

Whoosh~! Gu Xia landed at the entrance of the 9th floor and did a cupped salute.

"Urgent news to report to the Sect Master."

Xia Sha pointed to the cushion in front of her desk and asked in bewilderment.

"Why are you even here right now, aren't you supposed to be controlling Xia Bing and heading to the Ice Palace, why did you come here instead?"

"Xia Bing is no longer under my control, as she has become someone's Summons and broke free from the Corpse Refining Coffin."

A flood of terror filled the always calm Xia Sha, as if their involvement with King Balder was exposed, the Emperor would pin it all on her!

"Are we exposed, who has her, and who knows?!"

Gu Xia waved her hand and was very calm, unlike the Sect Master who was pacing back and forth trying to think of doomsday scenarios.

"We aren't exposed, and her new Summoner is working with me... He is my new Dao Companion, and is a 7th Circle Death Summoner with a 9th Circle Mummy Lord and a 9th Circle underworld Dragon!"

Xia Sha's greenish-grey eyes contracted sharply at that unbelievable news, then she recovered fast.

"That's impossible, it must be Owen pretending to be... Another Summoner!"

"Hahaha~! Don't make me laugh. I slept with both men, and he can't fake that in bed... No, this Hao Hun is the real deal, and just counting his Summons is already at the top of the food chain, as his Dragon is as strong as the Azure Dragon alone."

Xia Sha was really wondering where the hell all of these magic using men were sprouting from, let alone a 7th Circle Death Summoner no person has even heard of till now.

"You've been tasked with getting Vali on the throne and getting pregnant with Owen's child, why are you sleeping with this Hao Hun. If the Emperor finds out?!"

"Owen? No, I guarantee the Emperor wants Hao Hun over Owen. Now sit, drink a stiff sake. Oh, here is some of that rare alchemical sake, The Father of Regrets, hehe."

So Gu Xia recounted everything the way Loki told her to say, and the Sect Master was drinking past the safe limit, the more she heard.

Gu Xia missed the body shutter when she mentioned that Hao Hun had a Pure Yang Body, and was as fertile as a normal Human man, and already got Ye Lin pregnant after just a couple of fuckings.

Gu Xia is still upset about that one, and is praying a lot lately, and is waiting for that guy to hurry over.

So by the end of the story, Xia Sha was buzzed...

Whoosh~! Ye Lin had flown to the Sect master's room to report, and greeted the two in the room...

"Core disciple Ye Lin reporting to Sect Master, eh?! Gu Xia, how did you beat us here? Hey, is Hao Hun with you, you have his coffin?"

After what her daughter said about this young man, she wasn't surprised one of her disciples was so eager to find him.

She pointed to the seat beside Gu Xia and said coldly.

"Report everything truthfully, and don't look at Gu Xia, and Gu Xia, no speaking... Ye Lin, tell me about the Secret Realm."

The only things she learned from Ye Lin that she didn't know from Gu Xia were the events inside the Shadow Dragon's Tomb, and a bit too much information about her and Hao Hun's sex life...

Xia Sha didn't initially believe the exaggerated sexual claims about Hao Hun, till she heard the exact same things from Ye Lin.

Then she was wondering if Hao Hun was from the Demonic Beast Donkey race?

Xia Sha was looking at a painting of Hao Hun, and reading the details of his past he personally wrote to the Sect Leader, in which Hao Hun was praising her to the high heavens about her being his Summoning idol and "wanting to be under her", his exact words.

"So he boldly claimed he would become our Holy Son, did he? Why did you two encourage this unknown man?"

Ye Lin pouted and accused the Sect Master.

"And if we ignored a genius 7th Circle Beastmaster, with a Legendary Underworld Dragon and Undead that can kill everyone here but you, you would've have reanimated us as cleaning Skeletons for not enlisting him faster?!"

"I used my body and purity to make him one of us, and so did our Holy Maiden... And we roped him in! I believe the two of us should gain some Sect Point rewards for finding you a male Beastmaster, right?"

Ye Lin left out the part that her honey-trap backfired, and now she is hooked as his pregnant fan-girl.

"Rewards will be withheld till I meet the person in-person... Alright, leave the Corpse Refining Coffin with me. I will see about this when I meet Hao Hun... You are both dismissed."

Loki told Gu Xia not to worry about the Coffin, so she left it, and walked out with Ye Lin, while the pregnant woman wouldn't stop asking about Hao Hun...

Scribble Scribble~! Xia Sha was writing on a magical tablet of jade that instantly transmitted information to the Heavenly Palace, asking for advice on this matter...

It didn't take long for the Emperor's surprising response to come back.

[I have already found out about this Hao Hun, and his Summons are confirmed, and his use of the Coffin was a fact. When he comes to you, make him the Holy Son without a fuss...]

[Not only did he make Xia Bing his 7th Circle Summons in the Secret Realm, but he is actively having her perform her Holy Maiden and Balder Kingdom duties. It seems he knows our plans and is working with us...]

[Let him have Gu Xia and get her pregnant, as she can pawn off the child as Owen's, and this is even better. When you recruit him, invite him to meet me in our secret meeting place, because I'm interested in this Beastmaster...]

[It seems he is a lustful one, and has a soft spot for the Corpse Refining Sect, so overindulge the young man. With Loki Sky popping up in the west, finding Hao Hun was the Heavens looking out for our Eastern Wastelands...]

[It is your responsibility to recruit, support, and nurture Hao Hun... I think he would make for a good next Sect Master, to rival Loki Sky... That is all, and report only if you find Hao Hun.]

Xia Sha rubbed her eyebrows at this guys orders, and there he goes serving the Holy Maiden to another man,just like that.

Xia Sha looked at the empty bottles of sake, and said with a slight slur.

"Damn... I want more... What a strange name for sake?"
