There were still so many places on this continent left for them to search.

Suddenly, Kilton had an idea. "My sister can control the weather," he said excitedly. "If we can just find a place without any snow from the helicopter, we might be able to find them!"

Jiang Si thought of the regions where volcanic eruptions had melted the ice. Even if Kilton’s sister could control the weather, she couldn’t instantly make an oasis appear for them to spot.

But at least it was a glimmer of hope.

Jiang Si could also use the Superpower Stone to sense for locations. They would have to check out any place where the stone reacted.

Suddenly, Qin Shen remembered something. "The Holy Mother could remotely control people. Can’t you use that ability to find them?"

If they could just find Niu Niu, who had a superpower, it would lead them to Shen Baoying and the rest.

Jiang Si was stunned. In her frantic state, she’d completely forgotten something so crucial.

Jiang Si immediately focused all her power, closed her eyes, and tried to sense Niu Niu’s presence.

Her mind suddenly became like a powerful detector for superpower users.

She could clearly capture the image of any superpower user who was active.

But to confirm if the person was Niu Niu, she first had to take control of the target and look around through their eyes to identify them.

There weren’t a lot of superpower users, but there weren’t just a few, either.

Controlling each person consumed an immense amount of Jiang Si’s Heart Power.

Her exhaustion was plain to see, and both Qin Shen and Jiang Linhai’s hearts ached for her.

They wanted her to rest, but Jiang Si adamantly refused.

She continued until nightfall, when the search became more difficult. Only at Qin Shen’s strong insistence did Jiang Si finally stop.

She gave Jiang Linhai and Qin Shen an apologetic look as she prepared to pull ingredients and an RV out of her space so everyone could eat and rest.

Kilton, who had taken on the role of a subordinate, had already gone to a nearby body of water and caught several sharp-toothed, mutated-looking tilapia.

He said to Jiang Si, "These are edible. My sister and I used to catch and eat them."

That was before they were captured and controlled by the Laina Holy Mother.

Jiang Si nodded, but she wasn’t in the mood to grill fish. She simply handed him an instant meal from her space.

Kilton’s eyes lit up with surprise when he took the instant meal, but his expression quickly fell. He was likely worried about whether his sister had anything to eat.

Although his sister was a superpower user who could command the wind and rain, her power wasn’t strong enough to fend off an attack from several other superpower users at once.

Jiang Si listlessly ate half of her meal. She wanted to resume the search for the others, but Qin Shen and Jiang Linhai ordered her to get some sleep first.

Jiang Si hadn’t slept at all, and her nerves were stretched taut. Everyone was afraid she was about to snap.

Besides, the stronger her power grew, the easier it was for her to lose control.

Jiang Si knew her own mental state wasn’t good. After a firm, insistent hug from Qin Shen, she finally lay down on the bed.

She fell asleep the moment she closed her eyes, but her brow remained tightly furrowed.

Qin Shen gently massaged her temples. He took off her outer coat and slowly, carefully, began to give her a massage to help her relax. Only then did Jiang Si sleep soundly for three hours.

Those three hours of deep sleep were enough to sustain Jiang Si for a long while.

The moment she woke up, she didn’t even bother to wash her face, immediately racing against time to search for Niu Niu, Bobby, Bo Xi, and Jiao Chunzi.

Suddenly, she took control of another superpower user’s mind, only to find herself facing a pack of mutated snow wolves.

Jiang Si kicked out again, and only then did she realize the body she was controlling belonged to a girl.

Her memory was excellent, and she immediately recognized the clothes as the ones Kilton’s sister had been wearing.

She had found Kilton’s sister!

Jiang Si grew more and more excited. If she’d found his sister, then finding the others couldn’t be far behind.

But first, she had to deal with the immediate danger on Kilton’s sister’s behalf.

His sister’s power was too weak. Just by warming her immediate surroundings a little, she had attracted a pack of snow wolves looking for warmth and a meal.

Jiang Si kicked another snow wolf over, then picked up a piece of wood to use as a weapon. WHACK! WHACK! With her agile movements, the snow wolves couldn’t land a single bite; instead, they yelped in pain as she beat them back.

But they were smart. They knew she couldn’t keep this up for long.

They just had to wait for her to become exhausted, and they could easily take her down.

This body was too weak and frail; Jiang Si knew she really couldn’t last much longer. She diverted a sliver of her concentration to speak urgently to Qin Shen, "Get in the helicopter! Head west!"
