"Yes, I did," Caelus said with a nod.
"Are you also going, old man? You must be a Gold Rank too, right?"

"You might want to tune into OriginTube. You will see something interesting." With that, he ended the call. With the world quest being initiated, he was incredibly busy, yet he still took the time to call Caelus.
He did as he was instructed.
He opened OriginTube, and there were many streams going on, but the most notable one was titled: Slaying the spawned beast by Frost Queen Rachel.
He logged in, and immediately, comments flooded his vision.

In the stream, there stood a beauty with white hair and a chilling expression. She was Rachel, the Ice Queen who was less than twenty-five years old and had already managed to reach the Gold Rank.
She stood in the open view of the plane that was transporting her. The rear ramp was open, and directly below her was the vast Eastern Ocean. Right now, swimming within it was a massive whale. It had special symbols circling it, and words lit up on the stream.

A seal made of ancient letters formed in the sky, and magic circles filled with ancient symbols manifested around the world. This was the language of the Origin Domain.
The language utilized to unleash an Arcana.

Getting an Arcana Scroll is pretty hard, but the Frost Queen has two. One for impenetrable defense and self-buffing, and another for lethal offensive damage.]

Then, across the sky, gigantic words formed: Darkspawn Awakening. As all the water in the sea converged around the whale, an armor materialized over its body. Instantly, the corrupted water formed myriad spears in the sky that shot towards the Frost Queen.

The Frost Queen, who was still plunging toward the ocean, visibly began to slow down as her eyes glowed a radiant blue.
The next instant, an Arcana was also unleashed.
"Frost Monarch’s Awakening." Her soft voice echoed throughout the world as the air rapidly ripped apart around her, and a dense beam of ice energy shot out.
Frost covered her body, and the next moment, she was dressed in a suit of icy armor with a gigantic hammer in her hands.
She swung it once, and the spears traveling faster than a fighter jet paused and broke apart as absolute ice power erupted from her.
Her hair fluttered wildly in the air as she finally spoke. "Sub-Zero Singularity."
The Arcana Symbol formed above her.
And the next instant, everything around her froze solid. Time itself seemed to move slower around her.
Boom!
Boundless ice power erupted from her as she stood in the sky, facing the Darkspawn Whale.
The next moment, everything changed. The tsunamis and the storm stirred up by the whale froze completely, and along with them, the Darkspawn Whale itself.
The Frost Queen took a single step, her figure fluttering higher into the air until she stood above it all.
She stood there like a god as she waved her hand down.
Boom!
A massive hammer that seemed to cover the sky came crashing down.
It came in contact with the frozen area of the ocean, and the next moment, everything collapsed inward. What appeared to be a black hole formed and sucked the frozen mass in before reality returned to normal.
The Frost Queen stared at the ocean coldly as her armor disintegrated back into her former plain clothes.

The world immediately cheered. They had won!
The livestream was going wild when it abruptly cut off. Caelus, who was watching the stream, was still taking everything in.
Arcana. He was aware of its existence. He had once dreamt of having one for himself as well.
But for that, he needed to unlock more of his dragon race.
He wanted to create an Arcana so strong it could one day destroy everything in its path, and seeing the Frost Queen in action made him wonder. Did old man Welt also have an Arcana?

His phone rang again.
It was Welt.
"Yo." Caelus picked up the call.
"How was it? Did you observe the battle closely? That was the power of a Gold Rank."
"Yeah, I did," Caelus spoke softly. "It was better than I expected."
"Then, do you want to meet the Frost Queen? Have a little spar, maybe? Hahaha." Old man Welt laughed from the other side.
"No. Who would willingly have a spar with a Gold Rank just to get beat up?"
"Well, she will come to Fortis City today. If you want to see her, come to the Association HQ."
"Huh?" Caelus wore a confused expression. "Why is she coming here?"
He saw no correlation. She was from the Central Plains as far as he was concerned.
Just then, another notification appeared.
