The sleeping position was a bit indecent; Li Fei’er was hugging a quilt with one leg riding on top of it, which made Ling Feng frown.

Ling Feng, feeling helpless, was about to say something more when Chu Nan’s cough sounded outside the door; even without speaking, they knew what he meant.

A new day was about to begin.

During breakfast, Li Fei’er looked up and asked, "Grandpa Chu, do you still have any of that alcohol from yesterday?"

"What, you didn’t have enough last night?" Chu Nan asked with a smile.

It was clear that he was very fond of the girl, his eyes filled with tender affection.

Li Fei’er nodded, "Yes, if there’s any left, I’ll have another drink with you tonight!"

Ling Feng glared at her, "You’re drinking again?"

"Nothing else to do!" Li Fei’er wiggled her waist and cooed.

"I brought just one bottle with me, thinking to have a glass when I was on my own, but since you, girl, like it, I’ll have someone send some more over later!" Chu Nan said with a smile.

Li Fei’er was delighted to hear that, clapping her hands, "That’s wonderful!"

Ling Feng was speechless, giving Chu Nan a look that said, aren’t you spoiling this girl too much?

But Chu Nan just pretended not to see it, smiling slightly.

After breakfast, the three of them took the car again to the edge of the same woods as yesterday, watching the construction crew at work.
