By directing that potential through the Gate of the Triple Burners within the body, it converts into illusion power… And then comes the method for using Transformation? Ever since discovering the interface, Su Xiao had analyzed each section and more or less figured out most of it. But the Soul Power column had always puzzled him. His initial Soul Power was much higher than his Spiritual Power, yet he had never found a way to use it. Whether it was Fox Fire or Frost-Yin Fox Fire, both consumed Spiritual Power, not Soul Power.
Muttering to himself, Su Xiao carefully analyzed the details of the Transformation ability, hoping to master it as soon as possible.

The illusory figure was shrouded in faint light, making its face impossible to see clearly. Yet even the glow could not hide its graceful bearing.
She looked as though her robes fluttered in the wind.
She possessed a slender, elegant figure.
She raised a delicate, pale hand and touched her own face with a pitiful, tender air.
Even without seeing her features, she was the sort of woman whose every smile and frown could tug at a person’s heart.
“Just as I thought… there’s no sense of touch.”
The faint glow gradually faded. The girl sighed softly, sounding slightly disappointed.
“After all, it’s only an illusion. Something like a visual trick. My real body should still be hidden inside the illusion as the core.”
Although it was created through illusion, it wasn’t merely a simple visual deception.
Su Xiao felt a strange sensation. His vision had shifted to the illusionary body, yet all the physical sensations still belonged to the small fox body that served as the core. It was an extremely novel experience.
“Luckily, I used to be human. Controlling natural expressions is easy, so the illusion won’t look stiff.”
Su Xiao tested the body’s movements.
Every action of the illusionary figure was controlled directly by his true self acting as the core. Normally, fox demons who awakened the Transformation ability would need to spend a long time among humans before their illusion could appear truly lifelike.
But Su Xiao didn’t have that problem at all.
“Though… it looks like I created an ancient-style outfit. Strange. I don’t remember seeing clothes like this before.”
He examined the flowing robes that gave off a distinctly immortal, elegant aura. But that wasn’t the most surprising discovery.
Something about his body felt… off. Yet he couldn’t immediately pinpoint what it was.
So he looked himself over more carefully. His gaze slowly drifted downward.
And then he saw something blocking his view.
Because the illusion lacked physical sensation and because the elaborate robes had distracted him, Su Xiao had only just noticed that his body now had some unfamiliar additions.
A few breaths passed.
“This is fake! It can’t be real! I must be dreaming!”
A fragile-looking girl squatted in the corner of the rock, repeatedly drawing circles on the ground. Of course, her illusory body couldn’t affect reality, so no circles actually appeared.
Even so, Su Xiao was full of grievances.
The original Su Xiao had once ruled the internet from behind a keyboard, an indomitable keyboard warrior who roamed the online world, unleashing torrents of words and arguments with heroic flair.
But now, all of that had become nothing more than distant memories.
The girl crouching in the corner continued to wallow in self-pity. Then suddenly, her ears twitched.
Since becoming a fox, Su Xiao’s senses had grown far sharper.
Very quickly, she heard movement in the distance, and the illusion body faithfully reflected her reaction.
“That’s the roar of beasts… and the vibration of something running.”
Su Xiao’s nerves instantly tensed.
