Because of him, heaven and earth were covered with a layer of darkness. The darkness destroyed everything it touched upon contact. It behaved more like a physical acid than an intangible force.As good as his performance was, the red star didn’t sit back and watch him perform, though. It activated the Blade of Time Metac against him while it protected itself with the Time Stasis Metac.
A few seconds later, the entire area collapsed, and the black water of the river of death swept through the area, submerging everything. Only the golden dragon remained at the scene. Both the red star and its Cave Heaven were nowhere to be seen.
Loki, smacking his lips in relish, said, "And that’s how that is done."
He looked at the scene of destruction that he caused and said in satisfaction, "This is exactly how I envisioned freedom. It doesn’t have any attacking potential, but it is great because it allows me to use my power however I want. As long as I don’t need anyone’s permission to go anywhere and do anything, I’ll be happy with it."
Shaking his head, he rose back to the surface of the area. As his figure went up, he said, "I wouldn’t want to be on the other side of this kind of power, though. I am sure no one will want to be on the other side of it either. This is why I must never reveal the fact that I have something like this to anyone."
His heart was full of determination as he said, "No matter what I do, I must never expose this Supreme Metac. No one must know that I have it. It will serve as my trump card to catch people off guard."
Just recently, he had revealed to Dao Lords and everyone in the world at the scene that he possessed the Time Pathway. But for some reason, he is drawing the line of exposure at the Freedom Pathway.
His decision to hide this pathway means that he will not be able to use anyone to help him create more Divine Metacs for the pathway. But it is a sacrifice he is willing to make to prevent anyone from making targeted preparations against his freedom.
He was thinking about this as he left the river of death. Then he entered the third dimension and left the Blessed Heaven World.
During the entire process, no one knew what he was doing. Both the Dao Lords and the will of the world, which should be omniscient in this world, couldn’t keep track of his movements.
To everyone paying attention to his whereabouts, he was still in the second heaven. He never left the second heaven, and he didn’t enter the river of death. At least, no one saw him do these things.
After a while of not hearing any news about him, the community of divine beings began to assume that he had died. Then they moved on with their lives.
Right now, what everyone was dealing with was the war of the three sects against the Four Directions Sect and the Martial Body Sect. Even if the dragon were still alive, the five sects would still be busy with this.
