Chapter 416: Making Up For It.
The giant snake fought back by swinging its body and striking him. As it struck him, the force of the blow sent him flying. But he still managed to grab the snake with his extra arms as he was sent flying.
He made the extra arms coiled around the torso of the snake like ropes. This secured him tightly to the snake and allowed him to continue attacking it without worrying about the snake escaping from him.
He used both of his hands for the attack. So both hands were drilled, which he plunged into the body of the snake and used to carve up its flesh.
Because of his actions, red blood came pouring out from the body of the snake like water from a leaking bucket. The snake cried out in agony some more before it grabbed him with its mouth and bit him.
As it bit him, it sprayed more venom all over his body. The force of the bite, combined with the power of the venom, finally broke the defense of the second skin. The venom was finally able to get past the Shifting Armor and reach his body.
He felt pain immediately when the venom touched him. It was as if someone had poured acid all over his body. This was very effective against him because he had a body of metal.
The snake didn’t fare better, though. Because it had brought its head closer to Loki to bite him, Loki was able to reach its head with his drills.
He used the drill in his left hand to target the snake’s eye while his other hand targeted the snake’s neck. Both drills were successful in their endeavors.
He managed to cut through the snake’s neck and dug through its eye. But it was the drill on his left hand that dealt the killing blow.
The drill in his left hand was able to penetrate deep into the snake’s skull and crush its brain. This injury was fatal and instantly rendered the snake unable to fight.
The snake went slack after he destroyed its brain. Then it stopped biting him and fell to the ground.
He managed to kill the snake, but the damage to his body had been done. His body was melting like wax because of the venom. And even though the snake was dead, its venom was still busy at work.
Perhaps the worst part was that all of the power he could borrow from the snake was now gone because the snake was dead. After all, the Vengeful Metac would stop working after the target of its vengeance was dead.
The pain was bad, but the worst part was the weakness he was feeling in his body. His strong metallic body had become as soft as noodles and was literally melting into slag so that he couldn’t stand up anymore.
He fell to the ground, helpless to save himself. Even the second skin couldn’t help him because it was made from metal and had already been mostly destroyed by the venom.
As he lay there on the ground, he chuckled and said to himself, ’Is this how I will die? Who would have thought that my weakness would be venom?’
After joking, he said, ’But seriously, though? What kind of rank 5 snake is that strong? What kind of Invisibility is that? And that venom can’t be normal for it to affect me like this.’
As if to answer his question, someone began clapping nearby. This caught him off guard and made him alert, so he turned around to look at the source of the clapping.
What he saw was a woman with pure white alabaster skin. Her skin wasn’t sickly like that of death cultivators. It was smooth and shone like marble. In fact, she seemed to be carved out of the most precious rock.
She was a complete and total beauty with bountiful breasts and a wide hip. He could see all of these because she was completely naked.
From what he could see, her serpentine eyes didn’t diminish her beauty at all. The hair of various colored snakes that fell down her shoulders also didn’t detract from her beauty. If anything, these inhuman things made her even more beautiful.
Some people might feel giddy or proud that such an exotic beauty was standing naked in their room and clapping for them. But Loki only felt a chill down his spine when he saw her because he saw a tongue of golden fire above her head and because he recognized who she was.

When he saw this, Fenrir began to urge him to jump and take a bite out of her. Since he was reasonable, he thought to himself, ’This is bad.’
’This is a bona fide divine being, not a crippled product like Slav. So this is bad.’
’No wonder that rank 5 snake was so powerful. It turned out to be the beast of a beast tamer. And it is a divine beast tamer too.’
As he was thinking to himself, she finished clapping and said to him, "You managed to kill my pet despite being rank 5. I am impressed. No wonder you were able to kill Red."
She glanced briefly at the corpse of the giant white snake before saying to him, "That makes two things I like that you’ve destroyed. But no matter. Your Divine Metacs will make up for it."
But Loki wasn’t listening to her. He had stopped listening when she confirmed that she came for Lady Red and had voluntarily severed the connection between his Mental World and his Body.
The act of severing his Mental World essentially killed him. So he had committed suicide.
She saw this and sneered at him. As she was sneering, she said, "You want to escape into the afterlife? As if I would let you."
