After speaking, she manifested her Mental World and sent it to grab his Mental World. It was clear that she intended to capture him.
As her Mental World soared towards him, she said, "It is too late to escape. Not even death can save you from my hands. When I am done with you, you will wish you were never born."

As he gave the order to stop, Fenrir stopped moving forward. Then it dropped out of the River of Time to go back into his body.
On its way down, the River of Time became turbulent. He felt both Fenrir and his Mental World tumble about as if something was kicking them.
Aside from the disturbing turbulence, he also felt surprised because he had never been able to stop Fenrir before and because he had never experienced something like this before.
He had two sources of surprise, so being surprised was his prevalent emotion. The fact that the experience was unpleasant, but short, also gave him less time to dwell on the unpleasantness.
In what felt like an instant drawn out to be an infinity, he tumbled and fell back into his body. This time, the fusion with his previous self was instantaneous.
There was no delay because there was no fusion of minds. His Mental World directly took charge of his body, so he became aware immediately and could move his body quickly.
After reviewing the memories of his previous self, he realized that he had still appeared on the day of his awakening. In fact, his awakening had happened less than an hour ago, and he had just made a deal with Amelia.
