He had taken some time to study these two pathways, so he is very familiar with them. This is the main reason he is so confident in hiding his traces if he switches to either of them.

This confidence is also why he must join the Myriad Phenomenon Sect and why he is going to the east domain. But before he does this, he still has to suppress the source of bad luck plaguing him.

As he thought of what to do, he said, ’My options are limited, but I can convert some of my resources to forge a Luck Suppression Talisman.’

His eyes lit up as he considered this option, and he said, ’Not only can I use that as my new Life Ability and use it to create a Divine Metac to become a divine being, but I can also use it to suppress this bad luck. Talk about killing three birds with one stone.’

Then he smiled to himself and said, ’It seems fate is still on my side. I, Golden Sun, am not done yet.’

’My Cave Heaven might be in tatters and on the brink of collapse, but I am still standing strong. Once I help my two brothers return, things will become even better.’

He was thinking about how to help his two brothers reincarnate when the path through the mist that he was flying through opened up into another world. What he saw was a world of mountains.

The entire Eastern Domain was one large mountain range. There were rolling mountains as far as he could see. The mountains resembled the waves of the ocean, except they were frozen and unmoving waves of earth.

But more peculiar were the mountains floating in the air. From where he stood, he could see many formations surrounding the floating mountains and helping them levitate through the air.

This made him say, "It is a different world entirely. It is like I left the Blessed Heaven World of plains and forests, and came to a world of mountains.’

He looked around some more before he inhaled deeply and said, "This will do nicely."

Then he descended and went into the world.

Back in the Central Domain, Loki sensed something. What he sensed made him look towards the east.

Then he sensed, "I wonder what he is doing there."

He just sensed that Slav had reached beyond the boundary of the Central Domain. This is something he always sensed in every timeline. So he was only curious about it. He didn’t care too much about whatever Slav was doing.

After a few seconds of looking towards the east, he went back to betting on the Betting Platform of the token. He cared more about this because there was a lot of money at stake.

He wasn’t worried about winning money, though. In fact, he had already won a lot. But he is still taking this endeavor seriously because he didn’t want to make any mistakes in his bets.

As long as he makes the bets as he remembers them, he can’t lose. But if he makes the wrong bet, then he will lose, and the loss will be his fault.

Since he was careful, every bet turned out well for him. In fact, things turned out much better than he expected. In that one week that he planned for, he had made more than one trillion energy stones.

To be exact, he made 1,120 million energy stones. He would have made more if there wasn’t a limit on how much money he could bet with and if the betting duration weren’t as long as a day or even months before an outcome is determined.

However, things took a downward turn a week later. He got bored and yawned as he made his bet. This made him make a mistake during the betting process.

The mistake was slight. He was betting about what the temperature would be at 2:02 pm on the dot tomorrow. Instead of writing 21 degrees Celsius, he wrote 2 degrees Celsius. This costs 100 million energy stones.

He repeated this for a second time and lost another 100 million energy stones. This brought down his total earnings to 920 million energy stones.

This made him ask himself, ’What is wrong with me? Am I getting tired? Maybe I should sleep and continue later.’

He thought that he had made mistakes because he hadn’t slept since he had awakened a month ago. So he decided to sleep and rest his mental faculties.
