Chapter 459 Yin Yang Physique
Upon hearing this, Yang Ruoxi blushed. "You’re shameless," she said, giving Lin Kuang an annoyed glare.
"Heh heh, the shy go hungry while the bold eat their fill. You don’t get that, do you?" Lin Kuang grinned, quickly stripping off his clothes.
Seeing Lin Kuang’s muscular body, Yang Ruoxi’s face turned an even deeper shade of red. The thought of what was about to happen made her shyly close her eyes, her heart filled with nervous anticipation.
Seeing the bashful Yang Ruoxi, Lin Kuang chuckled as they tumbled into bed together.
The moment they joined, the Extreme Yin Cold Qi within Yang Ruoxi’s body suddenly surged. It was like the roiling waters of a stirred lake—tumultuous and overwhelming. At the same time, the True Qi of pure, unyielding yang within Lin Kuang’s body also billowed uncontrollably.
Before their shocked eyes, their two streams of True Qi completely fused, drawn together like powerful magnets. Lin Kuang had known that combining their two entirely different constitutions would trigger a change, but this was far beyond his expectations.
Could this be the transformation that occurs when the Extreme Yin Body and the Extreme Yang Constitution combine? Could I really be forming the legendary Yin Yang Physique?
Lin Kuang thought, his eyes filling with hope. Just then, their mingling True Qi formed a Light Barrier—one half light and one half dark—that enveloped them both. At this moment, they seemed to lose their conscious will. Pushed by these two auras, they moved on instinct, lost in the pleasure of exploring each other’s bodies. As they moved, the light and dark energies also seemed to resonate with pleasure, continuously merging in a spectacular display.
Gradually, the two streams of True Qi transformed into a massive Tai Chi Diagram that wrapped around their bodies.
An unknown amount of time passed before Yang Ruotong returned. Sensing a strange fluctuation from upstairs, she went up out of curiosity. Since the door to Yang Ruoxi’s room was open, she saw the scene clearly.
"What... what is this? Is it a Tai Chi Diagram?" she stammered, stunned. She couldn’t see Lin Kuang or Yang Ruoxi at all, only the massive diagram—a truly shocking sight.
Though Yang Ruotong couldn’t comprehend the phenomenon, she sensed it wasn’t a bad omen. Besides, with Lin Kuang’s incredible power, he would have stopped it if anything were wrong. Reassured, she leaned against the wall and watched quietly.
After another indeterminate amount of time, the giant Tai Chi Diagram became increasingly vivid, as if a real one had manifested in the room, giving off a profoundly mysterious feeling. Just as the diagram reached its peak of lifelike reality, it suddenly vanished.
The massive Tai Chi Diagram split into two smaller ones that disappeared into Lin Kuang’s and Yang Ruoxi’s bodies. A brilliant light surged for a full half-hour before the scene in the room returned to normal.
A faint blush touched Yang Ruotong’s face as she turned and headed downstairs. Now that everything was fine, there was no need for her to keep watching.
At that moment, Lin Kuang also emerged from the profound state. He looked down at Yang Ruoxi beneath him; the girl had fallen asleep at some point without even realizing it. A pang of tenderness struck him as he gently caressed her face. From start to finish, he hadn’t stopped moving. Of course, this hadn’t been his own doing; he had been controlled by their fused True Qi, moving purely on instinct.
"Sleep well," he whispered, kissing her cheek before getting up. After covering her with a blanket, Lin Kuang sat beside the bed to sense the changes within his body.
He didn’t feel a significant increase in his strength, though there was indeed some growth. Most crucially, his body was now filled with Yin Yang Qi, not just the True Qi of pure yang. This meant he now possessed the Yin Yang Physique.
Such a physique was considered mythical in the Ancient Martial Realm, as there were no clear records of anyone ever possessing this type of True Qi. The legend stemmed from Zhang Sanfeng, the founder of Tai Chi, who was the only person ever suspected of having it. Of course, this was uncertain. Zhang Sanfeng was a near-mythical figure who lived hundreds of years ago, making such claims too distant to verify.
It seems I really do have a Yin Yang Physique now. I feel much more attuned to the Force of Nature; I can even feel its affinity for me. Lin Kuang closed his eyes and spread his arms, the sensation growing even more intense.
He took a deep breath. Instantly, the pure Force of Nature surged into his body like mottled points of light and immediately transformed into his True Qi.
So it’s true! With the Yin Yang Physique, my True Qi is practically inexhaustible! This will make me invincible in battle. Plus, this powerful affinity for the Force of Nature will be incredibly beneficial for my future. Lin Kuang thought excitedly. The feeling was simply wonderful.
Just then, Yang Ruotong came up the stairs. "Lin Kuang, do you want to get something to eat?" she called out. But when she saw his completely bare body, a blush spread across her charming face.
Hearing her, Lin Kuang chuckled. "Eat? Of course. But I think I’ll have you first, Ruotong." With that, he blurred into motion, rushing over and sweeping her into his arms.
"Ah!" she yelped, startled. "You brat, you scared me to death!" she exclaimed, glaring at him while patting her chest.
"Don’t worry, I’m here to protect you."
With those words, Lin Kuang carried her into her room. At this point, Yang Ruotong no longer put up any resistance. The two of them spent the rest of the warm afternoon together.
