Chapter 311: Class Training
Crow walked out of the dark tree. He didn’t burst out or detached from the bark. He separated from it like he was one with it.
Crow was still the same. A dark man in a trench coat and fedora. His skin was the color of pure abyss.
But there was something different. He was different.
His memories were unlocked. He retrieved all the past experiences of Lee Baek-un and how his story ended.
He wasn’t a native citizen of the Union.
Baek-un and his family immigrated to the Union after his home country being invaded by the Void. A lot of his people did.
They came to the Union fear for their life.
Lalo had also immigrated here. The Von Schattenbergs weren’t native Union. They came from a country next to the Confederation.
Unlike the Confederation, the Von Schattenbergs’s home country was still safe and did not fall into the grasp of the Void.
’But why did Lalo hate Baek-un so much that he bullied him to the point of death?’
That was also what Baek-un asked himself at the final moment of his life. He was just a child back then and didn’t understand the hidden subtexts of society.
But as Crow, he understood now. It was simply just cruelty.
"I can sense it in you, Crow." The two octagrams on the sky spoke to him. "Pure hatred. Do you want to take your revenge, Crow?"
"Yes, Master. But killing him would be too easy."
"What idea do you have in mind?"
"He did what he did because he thought he was invincible. He thought he was invincible because his family was the Von Schattenbergs, one of the wealthiest and most influential dynasty in the world.

"By destroying everything he cares about."
A crescent moon appeared in the sky. It was Mater’s sinister smile.

- Arachnophilia: You can summon the Nether Spider at will. (Unchanged)
- Nether Spider: The spider may transform into Abomination Form. It has major resistance to physical damage, mental damage, corroding damage, and controlling effects. The spider has all the fighting skills of the user. The spider web contains Nether Energy and slows enemies. (Upgraded)
[Passive Ability]:
- Nether Speed: Your speed is greatly enhanced. You can transform to a strip of shadow to increase your speed enhancement by five times. Continuous use of this ability required Chaos. You can phase through solid matter at will. (Upgraded from Abyssal Dash)
- Shadow Abomination: Can turn invisible at will. Ordinary vision power cannot penetrate your invisibility. Can switch between Abomination Form and Shadow Form. (Upgraded)
- Abomination Form: Become several times stronger, faster, and more durable. (Upgraded)

Mater checked Crow’s new powers. He had gone significantly stronger. And his Nether Fighter Spell became Nether Weapon Master, giving him ranged attack and was no longer limited to melee range.
"Why don’t you try your new power, Crow?" The black cat’s deep voice echoed.
Crow clenched his fist. Purple Energy enveloped around him.
Several weapons appeared above his head and shot at an empty field inside the Never-ending wood. They exploded into a cloud of Nether Energy, eating away anything in the area.
"I am forever grateful to you, Master."
The next day.
In the training facility, Selina was commanding the class to practice their Psycho Skills and strengthen their body.
Astrid, the Psychosmith of the class, was trying her best to do a push up. Her arms trembled like trees in the wind and looked like it could break apart at any moment.
Oscar was doing push-ups like a machine right beside her.
"How the hell could you do it so fast?" Astrid sweated profusely.
"I’m used to it. And also, I am specialized in physical Psycho and Psionic Skills.
On the other side, the boys were doing laps around the field. Ken led in the front and wasn’t even bothered. Clive was dying from the physical training. But Cole was right next to him and urged him on whenever he wanted to give up. Jesse and Miles were behind them and kept a steady pace.
The girls were fighting each other.
Loretta and Becky were facing each other. Becky was much better in combat and overwhelmed Loretta every time.
"I’m a Seer! Why the hell do I need to do this?" Loretta breathed heavily.
"It is because you’re a Seer that you need to learn how to defend yourself. You will be the number one target for other classes to destroy once the mid-term comes.
The second target would be Astrid, our Psychosmith."
"Ugh..." Loretta swiped the sweat away from her.
She and Becky heard noises of explosion and immediately turned toward them.
Aurora and Blanche were also practicing. They didn’t know Aurora was a Rank-2 yet and still assumed her as a Rank-1.
Blanche was a true Rank-1. But as an Awaken Chaos User, she was much more powerful than the average Psychics.
They exchanged blows with each other. Each blow created a minor sonic boom in the air. Shockwaves spread out from their contact points.
Aurora and Blanche were using Psionics to combat each other.
Different Chaos Users could still use Chaos Techniques of other branches. Just like how Aurora was an Undead but could use Psychic’s Psionics. It was similar to how Mater could also use Empath Crystallization but the result may differ a little bit.
Loretta and Becky sweated profusely just by looking at how the two girls were fighting. Compared to them, Loretta and Becky seemed like children.
