Even though the rewards are good and the lottery is useful, the missions themselves don’t seem necessary for me anymore. Although... I still haven’t mastered that weapon yet. I still can’t use it properly." Hiroshi thought to himself as he looked at the storage ring on his finger.
Over all this time, he had been constantly trying to increase his strength and get used to wielding that weapon, but it was much harder than he had expected. He could lift it easily now—that was no longer a problem—but actually using it skillfully in combat was a completely different story.

"Alright, I’ll set a goal for myself. First, I need to master this weapon completely and use it like an extension of my own body. That way, I can bring out its full power. I believe that when I do, I’ll be able to stand at the top of the world. This really feels like the ultimate weapon I’ll use until the end. Its grade is incredibly high after all!" Hiroshi thought as he gently touched the ring on his finger.
He shook his head with a smile and looked back up at the sky. He noticed that the night sky here seemed different from other places—it was strangely bright, and the moon was perfectly round and full.
"This world might not have all the interesting technology and entertainment that my old world had, but it has something amazing that the other world didn’t—Chakra," Hiroshi mused, looking at the bright night sky.
Meanwhile, Harumiko was taking quite a long time in the bathroom. It seemed to take her forever. But then again, wasn’t that always the case with girls? They always took their time to wash properly and take care of themselves. It was just part of their nature to love beauty and cleanliness.
"Taking a bath sure is a lot of trouble for girls. It’s so much simpler for us guys. We just rinse off quickly, put on some soap, and we’re done! It takes way less time than it does for them!" Hiroshi thought, glancing towards the bathroom door.
He slowly stood up. He was still feeling the necklace around his neck, and it felt a little uncomfortable and foreign. He reached up and took it off, holding it in his palm to examine it closely.
"I can’t believe how detailed and well-made this is. Every line and pattern is so clear and precise. This must have cost a fortune. I really wonder how much Harumiko spent on this..."
"And you know what? It actually looks really similar to the necklace that Naruto Uzumaki used to wear. The main difference is just the color. But regardless, this one is really beautiful and cool!" Hiroshi thought as he looked at the item in his hand.
This was the very first gift he had ever received from a girl. For all those years in his past life, and even here until now, no girl had ever given him anything.
"I really am the luckiest man alive. To have someone as beautiful and kind as Harumiko who cares about me this much... my life is truly complete now. Even if I were to die right here, I would die happy!" Hiroshi said quietly, a warm smile spreading across his face.
He carefully placed the necklace back around his neck. He wanted to get used to the feeling as soon as possible. If he didn’t wear it often, it would always feel strange and annoying whenever he put it on.
"Alright, time to get a good night’s sleep. Tomorrow is going to be another long day. We won’t be shopping anymore, but visiting that place is probably going to take the whole day too. Looks like I’ll be soaking my feet again tomorrow night... or maybe I’ll just take a proper bath instead!" Hiroshi thought as he looked out the window one last time.
