Chapter 769 – Mission failed successfully!
The 'Dream Realm' shattered as the 'Moon' cried like a baby. Meanwhile, Witch Aiko was laughing like a maniac firing more and more cannons until she hit her head while rolling around in the bed.
"Ugh..." Witch Aiko groaned as she rubbed her head. She didn't expect such a wild 'dream', but she enjoyed it a lot.
However, the surrounding scenery was very unfamiliar.
The air was stale, and the walls were slowly crumbling. It felt like nobody lived here for a very long time as most of the floor was already overtaken by the flora.
Black mould was also creeping on anything fabric related, and the rest was either already rotten or falling apart.
It was a surreal sight, since just a 'moment' ago she was in a somewhat luxurious room.

"What's happening? Is everyone alright?" Witch Aiko asked around, especially her group.
"Just a headache, but it was impressive how you have demolished the 'Dream Realm'." Mei gave Dark Aiko thumbs up, probably for the first time ever.
"You are welcome~" Witch Aiko hummed happily.
"I think most of them have headaches, due to the way we have left the 'Dream Realm'." Danji added to that, so as to not worry Aiko.
"Oh, if you told me I could've gone more gentle." Witch Aiko felt kind of bad, but she was also happy that nobody was locked inside that place.
"That wouldn't work." Mei shook her head. "If you meant easier, we wouldn't be able to leave that place."
"That's the truth, since the Natural Formation kept us inside for a long time." The bird lady sighed. She was more tired than usual since her Soul was injured. It also didn't help that part of her Soul was dragged into that strange dream.
"I think the Natural Formation was damaged." Out of nowhere the Nightmare Owl appeared and shared the news.
"That's good." Witch Aiko nodded her head seriously. She didn't want or need something that was so hazardous. However, seeing the Nightmare Owl squirm, she suddenly had a bad feeling.
"Out with it." Witch Aiko was ready to choke this cock if necessary.
"A-are you thinking of something ru-" The Nightmare Owl yelped, seeing the little Fox ready herself to jump him.
"Eeeeeek!" The Nightmare Owl let out strange noises before quickly spitting what she wanted to say. "It seems like the Earthen Elephants used all of their resources and Treasure to create this abomination, so there is nothing else to loot!"

Witch Aiko felt like her world was spinning all around before she fainted out of anger that her Treasures were nowhere to be seen!
"Aiko!" Danji and Mei were startled since they never saw Aiko twitch so violently.
"M-my Treasures. Those bastards...!" Witch Aiko cried out like she was having a nightmare.
The duo breathed out a sigh of relief. It didn't seem like Aiko was injured or anything like that, just having a fit over the lack of Treasure, which was fine.
Dai Lu groaned. "Give me some laxatives." She almost ordered Mei, since she was one of the Foxes that tried to taste the food that was frozen in time, but that was actually not the case. The food was already spoiled rotten and nothing than mould was left of it, and she consumed that mould!
"You too...?" Mei stared at her blankly.

"Don't stare at me like that! Aiko rubbed on me the wrong way!" Dai Lu clicked her tongue. Spending too much time with Aiko made her quite vulnerable, so she would have to be more careful in the future.
Mei raised her eyebrow but didn't say anything. If Aiko was the only one who rubbed on her, then that would be strange, so Dai Lu was probably looking for an excuse to justify what she ate.
Mei handed the laxative Pills before looking around and distributing them to the other Foxes too. She also added some Pills that would raise their health, just in case something was already 'growing' inside their stomach and to allow the stomach to stabilise.
"There is a lot more to do, but let's set up camp first before doing anything about this place." Mei suggested to everyone and other than the vomiting Foxes, it seemed like everyone agreed.
All of them were sick and tired of this place, so they were more than happy to leave this place behind them!
Mei was satisfied with this agreement as everyone was moving orderly out of this place and into the rocky plains.
The rocky plains were the only one unaffected by this decay, since there was nothing to decay over there and as such it was the perfect place for the temporary shelter.
"All healthy Foxes will construct the houses while the sick Foxes will take out the beds and use them immediately. We don't need any elaborate furniture as it might make them even more sick, so don't overdo it." Mei assigned jobs to everyone, except Aiko who was still bedridden from her anger and shock.

The place was moving and building smoothly. Mei created a few Arrays to keep this place smell free to ease the noses of the few Foxes who felt nauseated and the Foxes who were still sick.
At this point Aiko also woke up, so Mei walked over.
"We still have the last Clan, and they did tell us they have plenty of Treasures." Mei tried to soothe Aiko, now that she was awake.
"Let's hope for that." Witch Aiko was slightly listless, making her seem especially pitiful right now.
"It will be fine." Mei understood that Aiko liked Treasures, but sometimes things just wouldn't go her way and that was fine. The faster she learned that, the faster she would be able to adapt to these situations.
"How is everyone doing?" Witch Aiko changed the topic so that she didn't need to think about what happened before. She also couldn't smell anything in the air, making her think they were somewhere else. 'A tent?' She was currently inside a tent, which made her curious how the outside world looked like.
"They are recovering smoothly, just in case I also set up an Array to block the bad air from entering and ensure there was no smell so that the recovery time could be greatly reduced." Mei briefed Aiko on what happened, since nothing much actually happened.
"That's good." Witch Aiko nodded her head seriously before looking at her system.

"Do you want me to use [Clean]?" Witch Aiko suggested that out of worry, but Mei gave her a meaningful glance.
"Maybe later, we still have some stuff to do." Mei would need to finish this work before she could fool around.
"Ah?" Witch Aiko was startled that Mei even suggested something that sensual all of a sudden. "Who are you and what you did to my Mei?" She immediately asked this 'stranger'.

"And you did?" Witch Aiko shot back, like this was not Mei at all.
Mei was flabbergasted and she 'hmpfed' before walking outside the tent.
"Did I make her upset?" Witch Aiko tilted her head, but this was really a strange Mei, so she couldn't help it!
Witch Aiko stretched her body before using the simple [Clean]. That was just in case there was some residual nasty stuff, but everything was probably cleared after her first atomic [Clean].

Unfortunately, she didn't have anything to use it on, or it was so expensive that she couldn't buy it.
