Chapter 84: ADORA
Lucian chuckled as we sneaked out of the hospital at about half past ten. Levi Isla drove us to the KODA council as Anisha Tala and Zeeb remained by the hospital. The plan was laid out well, and we even had a decoy in the bed to replace Lucian. The pack doctors were so surprised because I survived the drugging since the dosage that was used was extreme.
"Everest is already at the KODA council. The elders are home to avoid suspicion and I will be Everest alibi," Levi spoke up from the front seat.
Lucian seemed relaxed amidst the turmoil in my body.
"What is your worry Conri" Lucian whispered in my ear.
"I am worried about the pack members. I don’t want to start a war," I confessed.
"I know the risk, but we need this done more for our godmother," Lucian emphasized.
" mmm "I responded as the car drove into the KODA council. Everest stood at the entrance of the council offices on guard. As we alighted from the car, he opened the doors and we got in, heading straight for the Crystal room. Surprisingly, there were no guards at the KODA council offices and we strolled in with no worries.
As we approached the door of the Crystal room, a bright light shone from the room and the door opened. Lucian and I walked in as Levi and Everest remained behind the door. The door closed, and a voice spoke. " Dolf and Freki, you finally made your way here. Took you long enough" A male voice rose from inside the Crystal.
"Who are you? "I spoke up as we approached the Adora Crystal.
"Adora," the male voice spoke inside the Crystal.
"I never knew it could speak, "Lucian whispered.
