Chapter 97: As Gorgeous As Him
His captivating smile followed by those seductive words turned Kylian flustered red like a goofball of shyness even though he knew Zenith was teasing him. The drumroll pounding of his heartbeat was getting faster with every minute, making Kylian worry thinking that Zenith might accidentally end up hearing his loud heartbeat!
There was an uneasy gush of emotions stirred inside him, from being claimed by someone as his entirely own, for the first time in Kylian’s life.
Despite his wolf feeling jovial inside him, Kylian tried to control his emotional turbulence, while pondering in his mind, ’How can this punk brazenly claim me as his own? Since when did I ever belong to him, why would I? We are just having a deal with each other...and I know...he’s just messing with me...but...still... instead of getting annoyed, why does my heart feel giddy inside? Can it be considered normal?’
Indulged in his thoughts, Kylian slowly pushed Zenith from his elbow when he tried to move further closer, fearing that any curious pair of eyes were still watching them.
But before Zenith tried to approach close to him again, the door of the classroom was slammed open, as their homeroom Alpha teacher Mr. Matt entered inside.
When Mr. Matt’s first glance rolled over on Zenith and Kylian sharing a seat together, he couldn’t believe his eyes for a second and stood jaw-dropped. After a brief awkward pause, when he noticed Stephan seated on Zenith’s desk, Mr. Matt tried to mumble with difficulty, "U-Um, Zenith...what is happening—"
"This is my seat now, and from today onwards, I will be sitting here every day with Kylian." But before letting Mr. Matt finish his words, Zenith grunted aloud without any hesitation, making the entire class startle by his tone once again.
Standing awestruck at his answer, when Mr. Matt averted his gaze at Kylian beside Zenith, he muttered with a small cough to clear his throat, "Well, two students aren’t supposed to share one seat. Since Zenith has already decided it, Kylian if you want I can arrange a separate seat—"
"No, I am comfortable here. I...can share the seat with him too. I have no objections." However, once again interrupting Mr. Matt, Kylian politely answered him after he had already made his choice.
