Bruce nodded in understanding as he sipped his drink. "I have something else I need to tell you."
"what’s that?"
"Someone has been following me."
Mr Wallace’s eyebrows furrowed in confusion, barely unable to understand what Bruce was talking about.
"What do you mean?" He asked.
Bruce glanced around as if someone would be listening to their conversation before he responded. "The other day, I saw a car following me around in Glamourwood. It must be an enemy."
"Of course, it would be an enemy. Who do you think would be following you around?"
"Who else would it be if it’s not your son?" Bruce questioned back, glaring at Mr Wallace for asking such a silly question.
Mr Wallace’s eyebrows only deepened in confusion.
