Chapter 289: Get Out Of My House!!
During dinner time at the Wallace mansion, Xander could feel the glare from across the table and he didn’t even need to raise his head to know who was glaring so hard at him.
"Xander!!" Mr. Wallace called, catching everyone’s attention.
’What did I do wrong this time?’ Xander couldn’t help but wonder.
Nothing good ever came out of Mr Wallace’s mouth whenever he called Xander, so he prepared himself to be criticized.
"Yes, father?" He replied.
"I want you to break up with that girl you’re in a relationship with," Mr Wallace demanded.
As soon as those words fell out from his lips, the dining table fell quiet as everyone’s head turned to him.
Mrs Wallace’s head turned to face Xander. "You have a girlfriend?" And he managed to nod.
"Xander has a girlfriend?" Kace asked, his eyes widened in shock as if he’d just heard the greatest news.
Mrs. Wallace immediately sensed there was going to be a huge argument at the dining table, so she asked the servants to take both Richard and Kace to their bedrooms. They were finished with their dinners anyway.
Then, she stood up and helped old Wallace off her feet and took the old woman to her room for rest before returning to the dining table as soon as possible.
