Chapter 3: The Greek God Physique
I looked at her and smiled. "Alright, as you say, I'll be there at the banquet after some time."
Abigail, clearly dissatisfied with my response, left the suite, muttering, "Well, now I'm alone and there's still an hour until the event." As soon as she was gone, I knew I had the perfect opportunity. "I can use the Ashura Technique now to enhance my appearance, since it will be crucial for my plan."
I began the meditation, feeling the changes take place within me. An hour later, I stood up, grinning to myself. "Alright, now I'm going to write this story the way I want it, not how it was written."
Afterwards, I headed for the bathroom. As I looked at my naked body in the mirror, I grinned even wider. "Now, my physique is perfect—just like Hrithik Roshan in *Krrish 3*." I clenched my fists, filled with determination. "And I'm going to make this bitch and her lapdog regret everything."
As the party reached its peak, Abigail was engrossed in conversation with her business partners, completely unaware of what was about to unfold. Tonight, I was going to make her experience humiliation for the first time.
I walked into the banquet, and the room fell silent as everyone stared in shock. My physique was fully on display in the suit Abigail had given me, and I couldn't help but smirk. "Hello, everyone. I'm Samuel Gebb, Ms. Bardot's unfaithful husband."
The room went still, the shock evident on everyone's faces. I walked over to a waiter and took a glass of whiskey from his tray. "Everyone, please make sure to enjoy yourselves!" I announced with a grin.
As I took a sip of whiskey, I noticed Abigail looking at me, but I didn't acknowledge her. Instead, my gaze lingered on her assistant, Sophia. In the original story, Sophia had cared for Samuel and eventually quit her job because of Abigail's torment.
But I knew it would be better to keep my distance from anyone, including her. I couldn't afford to get involved with anyone in this world—after all, I didn't remember every detail of the novel, and Abigail had the power to make anyone's life a nightmare, just as she had with Samuel, all for her own amusement.
