Chapter 59: Getting Information About The Gu Worm... Crazy Plan...
Time passed and in the blink of an eye hours had gone by, while cultivating kranos also studied amira, he noticed that through out the dayshe tried her best to gain valuable information while making it seem casual so that the others wont suspect anything.
Kranos turned to look at the sky, he realised that the purple sun was slowly hiding away under the chase of the dark purple moon hanging in the sky which was slowly approaching, it was almost midnight! Kranos stopped his cultivation and decided to wait. This time he didn’t need to change his cloth again since his cloth was stilll the same from the previous night.
Kranos noticed that lights had gone out from the surrounding tents, he immediately executed the spatial movement technique, his figure flickered and he appeared outside amira’s tent. He paused for a bit, studying everything, he had to be cautious, he didn’t want to fall into his death due to overconfidence.
After seeing that nothing was wrong kranos stepped into the tent. He saw amira sitting on her bed waiting for him, her mask was already off. Seeing this kranos shook his head, "what if someone else walked in on you? How careless!" kranos felt that girl wasn’t fit for a secret infiltration mission at all, if it wasn’t for him, given a few months more she would probably have been caught.
Amira immediately shrank her neck like a frightened rabbit. Kranos ignored her expression and asked, "what’s the update?"
"I received information on the rough whereabouts of the demon. From what i heard ko frequently visits there for no reason, it is probably to check on the worm demon." she said with a smile.
Kranos nodded at the information, this was truly valuable information, "anything else? What about the condition of the creature?"
Hearing this amira hesitated for a moment before saying, "although the information is vague it seems the demon is seriously injured and cant muster even ten percent of it’s strength, though i can confirm if this information is false."
Upon heaering her words kranos’ eyes lit up, he knew that all rumors had some truth to it, so either it was most likely true or something similar had happened. Kranos immediately had a plan in his mind. Glancing at the poison pills included in his spatial ring an evil thought formed in kranos’ mind.
