On stage, even though it was Chantelle and Natalia’s first time dancing together, they moved in perfect sync. Whenever one of them made a move, the other seemed to know exactly what was coming next.
As Chantelle noticed the captivated looks from the audience, she knew their performance and the charity dinner was successful.
Then, Chantelle’s eyes landed on Daniel in the crowd, and she gave him a playful wink instinctively.
Daniel was still in a bad mood, but the moment he saw her gesture, his heart pounded hard. He couldn’t stop staring at her as she looked stunning, and every move she made was full of charm.
But the next second, Chantelle leaned toward Natalia and made a flirty gesture that made all the men in the room swallow hard. Daniel’s mood turned sour again.
In just a few minutes, Daniel felt like he was riding an emotional roller coaster.
In the end, Chantelle and Natalia’s dance completely stole the spotlight. Even the programs that followed couldn’t match it; especially Camille, who performed right after them.
When Camille got on stage to sing, she noticed most people weren’t even paying attention. Many were whispering or walking around, chatting with Natalia and Chantelle.
Still, remembering Alexander’s warning, Camille held back her anger and forced herself to finish the song.
After getting off the stage, Camille saw Natalia removing her makeup backstage.
She walked over and said, "Your dance was amazing. Congratulations, Ms. Law."
