Chapter 110 - Seven Great Powers
Philip Kingdragon, the third prince and court mage, observed all of Rygar's spells with an evaluative gaze.
The vast, destroyed plain where they were gathered was now unrecognizable.
After completing all the spells he had come to learn that day, Rygar took a deep breath and relaxed his shoulders. Philip stepped forward, his professional posture and solemn voice filling the space:
"Very well, Mr. Rygar. Considering the spells you 'confiscated' from Milis during your time there, and those you have previously demonstrated mastery over, it is time to establish your official classifications. By the position of Court Mage, granted to me by my father, the thirty-second king of the Kingdom of the Dragon King, King Leonard, I hereby officially confer upon you, recognized by a kingdom, the following magical classifications."
Philip paused briefly before continuing:
"Advanced-level Mage in Divine Attack Magic. Saint-level Mage in Healing, Detoxification, and Barrier Magic. King-level Mage in Water and Fire Magic."
The ensuing silence was filled with murmurs of surprise from Rygar's companions. Even those who were already accustomed to his abilities seemed impressed.
Philip maintained his neutral expression; his impartiality in the face of the extraordinary was something Rygar greatly admired.
"These classifications, in addition to your previous titles as King of Earth and Wind, make you one of the highest-rated mages in the entire world, highlighting your extraordinary mana capacity, being able to cast all these Holy and King-level spells without resting for a single minute," Philip concluded, lowering his notebook.
There was a brief moment of silence before he continued:
"Furthermore, due to your magical discoveries—including the ability to conjure without chants, magic for breathing underwater, and 'flight' magic, as well as several unnamed spells of various classifications—and as an incentive for you to share this knowledge in the future, the branch of the Mage Guild of the Kingdom of the Dragon King grants you the A classification within the organization."
