Chapter 106 - Feelings
POV: Lilia Greyrat
The sun hung high in the sky, pouring its light over the temporary house and warming the training arena.
I was sitting in the shade of a tree, watching my daughter, Aisha, with a mixed expression of pride and admiration.
She was playing with magic, causing small water balls to levitate around her effortlessly, maneuvering them through the air as if they were extensions of her own fingers.
Just a few years ago, she was a defenseless baby that I held in my arms. Now, she was a talented and promising child, developing rapidly under Rygar's tutelage.
I couldn't help but feel a silent satisfaction for having made the right decision in allowing her to become his disciple.
Even at such a young age, Aisha demonstrated impressive emotional control, and her capacity for learning surpassed that of many children her age.
She had just turned three, and Rygar had started her physical training with daily "flexibility" exercises in her routine.
I didn't fully understand the reason behind it, but he assured me it would help her perform more complex movements in the future without overstraining her body.
And I knew that Rygar would never do anything without a well-defined purpose.
What impressed me the most was the mana in Aisha growing every day, more and more.
