However, Larax always seemed exhausted, even while mounted and moving forward.

Shortly after, the rain began to fall.

At least the rain helped erase many of our tracks, but even so, we made an effort to eliminate any sign that could give us away.

Everything seemed normal during the journey, but then Larax suddenly fell from his horse.
