Chapter 346 - 345 War news pt 2
Three major kingdoms heard the news of war. A small kingdom trying to gain favor with them also heard the news. They were the kingdom that suffered the most. Most of who all was left were women and children.
The king went to the front gate. All the women and children followed. A few of the special guards for the king were left. Not a single person from the other three kingdoms were inside.
"I want to apologize to each and everyone of one personally and publicly. For the other kingdoms who were offering extra land for us. Have all turned their backs when we offered every single person we could."
The king knew had hard the news had already affected the families.
"I do not know how the single cultivator can stand against the other kingdoms. I will offer my head in exchange for all of your safety."
The king knew that this was the only thing he could personally do.
"I am proud to have been selected not only as friends and family to most of you, but to be a lowly man on a throne. I have tried my best to move this city and the villages forward. It appears that I got blind sighted by having three major kingdoms attacking us at once."
The king felt that this city needed to know the truth.
"When the tike comes for my head to come off. I wish that each and everyone of you smile. I do not wish to see tears of sadness and sorrow but of happiness and joy. So that I know that everything I did was for the right reason."
