Chapter 24 - 24 Rex first enters
Climbing the mountain again, Rex gets to the top. He slowly made his way closer to the camps. At first he did want to be seen. He made sure to stay away from high traffic areas and waited in some trees outside the first camp.
The first thing he noticed was that the camps were on edge. Feeling that something was wrong, Rex wanted to get in.
"This will be interesting." Rex whispered.
Walking slowly around Rex made sure to keep a close eye on everyone. When the opportunity arose, he quickly knocked out a person and dragged them into a thicket.
He did not know anything about the cloak. He figured the best way to deal with it was slowly.
He wiggled his way on top and once he had put his arms through. He lifted himself up slowly allowing the other person to fall out.
"Done." Rex thought.
Killing the man, Rex made his way into the camp. While he was walking, he heard a very faint bug. It was nothing but an ordinary bug. Rex immediately felt that this group was led by a Devil Cultivator.
Walking closer to another spot, Rex froze when a hand was placed on his shoulder.
"The boss wants to see you."
Knowing that nothing good would come out of this. Rex silently obeyed.
