Chapter 7: Training session
Both of Shaan’s eyeballs instantly widened when he saw the dual swords held by Briana emitting a golden yellow light. The light slowly wrapped around the entire surface of the dual short swords. Damn. What was that light? What was Miss Briana doing that she could produce a layer of light that wrapped the dual swords?
After the light completely wrapped the surface of the dual short swords, with a single breath, Briana shot straight towards the training dolls. Surprisingly, the training dolls that were originally stationary immediately moved on their own and attempted to attack Briana.
’Slash! Slash! Slash’
Three consecutive slashes from Briana’s dual short swords knocked down the training dolls with ease before they could counterattack. Shaan, who saw that, could only be speechless at Briana’s incredible skill. Honestly, he could not even see Briana’s movements before because her movements were so fast, beyond the speed of an average person.

"That light was Mana, the magic power energy that comes from the seven virtues potion inside your body," she explained." When the elixir of the seven virtues reacts inside you, not only can you summon daemons, but you also gain special powers capable of using magic power and enhancing physical abilities. By focusing the mana on the surface of the dual short sword, you will be able to wrap the dual short sword with the mana, so your attacks will be able to paralyze the creatures of darkness in the Midnight Gate.
"But, how do you focus the mana?" asked Shaan curiously. "I have no idea how to do that."
Hearing Shaan’s question, Briana immediately patted Shaan’s shoulder. "It’s easy. You just need to concentrate and imagine in your mind the energy wrapping around the surface of the dual sword."
