Since all of it escalated too fast. Way too fast than his mind could comprehend.
Jessica could not help but squealed, her face so red it looked like it had been dipped in boiling water.
She covered it with both hands, trembling like a kettle about to explode. But the misunderstanding had already taken root.
It was perfectly locked in and sealed.
Because of that Jessica’s vision spun a bit as her knees wobbled. The full weight of shyness crushed her from every direction.
It was simply too much for Jessica. Her legs wobbled as her vision blurred, and for a moment she truly felt like she might pass out.
This conversation that led to misunderstanding to misunderstanding had pushed her to her limit.
She was a virgin girl, completely innocent, and now she was being dragged through the worst kind of misunderstanding that could have ever happened in history.
But she had to endure it, because if she didn’t, if she cracked now, she might end up back in her parents’ house which she didn’t want to happen.
Rose who was caught up in her panic, didn’t even notice Jessica’s flushed face or trembling body.
She kept lightly shaking her, unaware that the poor girl was on the verge of collapsing.
